Four Points by Sheraton at Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport

Staff was very friendly. Pool was descent. Gym room was good. I think elliptical need fixed they made a loud noise. Rooms are nice. Bathrooms were nice. Very close to airport. Shuttle lady was friendly but she parked a little far from where I had to go. So I got confused trying to find my way. Was dropped off my baggage claim I was catching a flight.

The room and bathroom were clean and nice. However, the elevator would play a church bell every time you went on it. It was so loud it woke me up multiple times from my room. Unfortunately, my room was also next to housekeeping, where they were playing music at 6:15am. I also paid $26 for breakfast for two when I reserved the room but never got it nor was it addressed when I checked in. Also, they charged $10 for parking after I paid for the room. This was not previously advertised when making the booking. Finally, the lobby reeked of strong cologne the whole time, which affected my allergies.

Clean rooms! We had a late check-in and an early check-out but everything was so great! Would stay here again

Great place overall, and the staff is amazing! Super friendly and helpful! Just a few things to consider which we accidentally overlooked…. Parking is an additional $10/night for the hotel. They offer a breakfast but it’s an additional charge. We were playing in a sports tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds and the hotel was one of the closest to the venue (but still about 15-20 minutes away from the venue). We assumed the hotels shuttle bus would be available to get us back and forth but it’s just outside the range limit of 5 miles. Lastly, the electric window coverings in our room did not operate correctly so we were unable to open or close them fully. We stayed in an ADA compliant room which did not allow for the head of the shower to be raised to standard height (it stopped around mid waist). Again, overall is was a good stay!

Very nice; safe and quiet. great location for outbound flights out of Mesa Gateway. Breakfast was great and they opened early for an early flight. Dinner was also delicious.. Clean and staff was very helpful

Clean and quiet. The bed was a little too soft to be good for the back. Breakfast (optional) was $14 apiece. Loved having the free shuttle. The driver came quickly.
