"I arrived past 2pm. I finished checking in at around 2:20 PM, i asked if can alreadtly have the room since im feeling so hot already, no Airconditioned in the lobby, they told me check in time is 3pm so okay i waited. A couple arrived around 225 pm, they finished checking in around 240pm, but they immediately assisted them to their room, it was just so unfair that they allowed them and they let me wait. So i went to front desk asked why they allowed the couple to immediately accomodated to their room the front desk officer just gave me the keycard and no explanation as to why they allowed the couple. When i arrived to my room i immediatelt called them and asked why, they told its because i only booked deluxe and that tjey are preparing the room, but upon the room there is no sign of recent cleaning. So dis appoimting and i felt discrimanated. Also there insect crawling amd theres even cockroach.and there is even a stain in the duvet."

"This was my second time here, and from the moment I landed and found the staff, I didn't have to handle my luggage at all, even for my departure – it was absolutely fantastic. However, there were some things I wasn't happy with. On the first day, they gave me a room at the very end of the hall, and it had a strange smell. I couldn't accept it, especially since I paid quite a bit for a beach view room. After a long discussion, they could only offer a room with a better view for the next day. Because of the smell, I had to downgrade to a clean transitional room, but the hotel refused to refund the price difference. Ultimately, Trip.com covered the difference, which just goes to show how reliable Trip.com is and how proactively they communicate with hotels, even if the final outcome wasn't perfect. The next day, the view was decent. If you're choosing a beach room, rooms 71-75 have better views, while 77 is an end room next to staff quarters and is very, very poor. As for breakfast, it's significantly worse than when I visited in 2023. There's very little variety, just enough to fill you up, and surprisingly, no pineapple or banana juice. Next time I go to Boracay, I'll definitely hesitate to choose this place again because of the end-room issue. Photo 1 is the excellent pickup service, Photo 2 is the transitional garden-view room. Photo 3 is the balcony view from the end room, Photo 4 is the room I switched to on the second day."

"Our 4-day, 3-night stay at Henann Palm Beach Resort was a great experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The amenities were well-maintained, especially the swimming pools and the easy access to the beach. The only problem for me is the water is so much cold. I hope they provide a heater as well in the pool. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and everything was delicious. Especially the egg station, ordered every motning cheese omelete but I forgot the chef's name. Overall, it was a relaxing stay and I would definitely recommend this resort when visiting Boracay. 🌴"

"Aqua Boracay really has a luxurious feel - it’s aesthetic design and white-themed buildings really looks elegant and cool at the same time! It is located in Bulabog and has a direct access to the Bulabog beach area. It is more peaceful in this beach than the main white beach. It is not too far also from white beach, they have free shuttle every hour going to Dmall. The hotel room we booked (junior suite) is very spacious, clean and has a relaxing feel. It comes with a very spacious living room and dining area. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The comfort room comes with a bath tub which looks luxurious. The hotel staffs are very professional, friendly and accommodating! Breakfast is buffet style. The food is delicous and it comes with a wide variety of dishes. There are two pools in the hotel, both of which are very nice. We really enjoyed out stay! Will surely recommend this to our friends."

The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. What really made our stay special was the staff, everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. "The hotel is located in Station 3, which makes it a little less convenient if you want to explore the restaurants and cafés around Station 1 and 2. However, their breakfast and service are what really made our stay worthwhile. The hotel is very straightforward and has smaller pools, but we didn’t mind at all because it was less crowded. They also have an elevator, which is a plus. I stayed here while I was working, and one of my favorite things was being able to sit on their beachfront chairs after breakfast, work, and enjoy the beautiful view at the same time. I think this is one of the most affordable hotels in the Mandarin group, but it definitely doesn’t feel left behind. The rooms are bigger than those at Mandarin Nest, and I personally found the breakfast much better as well. One thing they could improve in the future is the flooring or tiles, as they’re starting to look a little dated. I also loved the small thoughtful touches. They gave us good-night treats every evening, welcome drinks upon arrival, and their staple beach slippers that you can even take home. Overall, it’s less crowded and has one of the best beachfront experiences. At times, it honestly feels like you have the beachfront almost to yourself. If you prefer a quieter stay with good service, spacious rooms, great breakfast, and a relaxing beachfront atmosphere, this is a great choice. PS they also gave 20% voucher that you can use in Mandarin Spa"

"Absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Boracay. Before check-in, you can enjoy the hotel's pool and private beach. Free paddleboarding is also available! Upon checking in, we received welcome sweets that weren't very tasty! (But they looked cute, so I was happy). The hotel had a few restaurants, but there was a Filipino restaurant and a mall nearby that caught our eye, so we ate lunch and dinner there. The breakfast area had high ceilings and felt very open and spacious! There was a wide variety of delicious food. One thing to note is that the locations of the pools other than the main one were a bit hard to find. Also, when I was walking around the hotel at night, I encountered large bugs and frogs! 😭"

The only downside is that the room I booked might not have been a high enough category, as it didn't have a window, which slightly affected the view. The food was nice, mostly cooked without oil, except for the fried chicken. The room a but old but acceptable. Overall is ok. With souvenir bracelet personalized with your name"

The breakfast selection was excellent, and we enjoyed trying different options each day. On our last day, we had an early departure and couldn't make the regular breakfast, but they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. The hotel also offers a very convenient laundry service; we'd drop off our clothes at the front desk before heading out in the morning and pick them up before returning to our room in the evening. The location is great – not far from the main street, yet tucked away in an alley, making it quite quiet."
