The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our villa was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean
The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options.
Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

ZZulfazli SobriWe love everything here. I’ve travelled to 40 countries, and my stay in this villa has strengthened my belief that Filipinos are number one in hospitality. From the lovely welcome drink to the thoughtful gesture of giving kitchen-made cookies in the afternoon, we appreciated every detail. The staff are always smiling and helpful. The hot shower works perfectly, and the mattress and pillows are the best!This villa is located in Station 3, making it peaceful yet close enough to walk to the lively Station 2. The beach is literally right in front of the villa, it’s heavenly. The breakfast is delicious too. I truly hope this villa continues to thrive for another 100 years, because I’ll definitely return if I visit Boracay again. The staffs deserve some bonus!

OOlga SbNice and very customer-oriented hotel with excellent service. They help with any issue (for example, they quickly helped buy glue to fix glasses), they greet you VERY warmly and are sincerely glad to see you. I didn't like the breakfast and the cleanliness of the tablecloths at breakfast. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the air conditioning is comfortable. The beach, sun loungers and towels, the pool at the Coast Hotel, can be used without restrictions. The service on the beach is also excellent, we have never seen anything like this.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed pur stay. Even upgraded our room from no toilet to with toilet. Friendly and approchable staff. Very clean room and dining. Nice and relaxing environment. Most of all very affordable. Location very near sa station 1 tawid lng maliligo kana. Near sa Willy's rock. Thank you sa lahat ng staff...Babalik kami next time... 😊

EElle M. L.I love that our room is near the exit which leads to beach front. I suggest that they should have heater/hot water specially at night in the pool because it's soooo cold.
Buffet breakfast was so good and in our 3 days & 4 nights stay their dishes change. I also suggest that they should have a free take out food for guest that have early flight.

SSom A.I had an amazing stay at Henann Lagoon Boracay- everything was truly on point. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the lagoon-style pool was the perfect spot to relax after a long day out. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better.
And I have to mention the breakfast buffet , easily one of the most impressive and high-quality breakfast spreads I’ve had. Great variety, fresh options, and everything tasted really good.
The location is also ideal: close enough to the beach and restaurants, but still peaceful and private. Overall, Henann Lagoon exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely stay here again.

LLira FortzThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount I’ve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo 🫶 was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. 🤩 also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. 🫶

AAthi MalothanaI had a lovely stay at this hotel. The area it’s in is just paradise. The staff was helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. The only problem I had was the condition of the bedding and the towels. However they atleast gave me new towels upon request. So I would go back, because they were very kind and helpful
