ZZulfazli SobriWe love everything here. Iâve travelled to 40 countries, and my stay in this villa has strengthened my belief that Filipinos are number one in hospitality. From the lovely welcome drink to the thoughtful gesture of giving kitchen-made cookies in the afternoon, we appreciated every detail. The staff are always smiling and helpful. The hot shower works perfectly, and the mattress and pillows are the best!This villa is located in Station 3, making it peaceful yet close enough to walk to the lively Station 2. The beach is literally right in front of the villa, itâs heavenly. The breakfast is delicious too. I truly hope this villa continues to thrive for another 100 years, because Iâll definitely return if I visit Boracay again. The staffs deserve some bonus!

GGuest UserWe had a great time staying at Mandarin Nest Boracay. Very good location - beachfront, very near D'mall, and there are fastfood below it. We loved the amenities, topped with the freebies and daily treats. Breakfast at Hakuna Matata is nice, as well as their cocktails. We get 20% discount on food items just because we were guests. The reception is always helpful - lending umbrellas, towels, and even packing us breakfast since we checked out early. They have a washing station at the front to help wash away sand - which is very helpful. They also have elevator and gym, something I have not seen on other Station 2 accommodations before. Will stay here again!

GGuest UserUpon check-in, there was no welcome amenity whatsoever â no cocktails, no refreshing hand towels that others mentioned in their reviews. On top of that, the room lacked essentials like toothbrushes, coffee, and tea. The shower gel in the bathroom was almost empty.
The breakfast was terrible: if you didn't grab what you wanted fast enough, it was gone. Pineapples ran out and were replaced with watermelon; waffles ran out and were replaced with pancakes. Black coffee was free, but cappuccino cost extra, and you couldn't even order it (I stood at the bar for about 5 minutes, and no one paid attention).
Breakfast was extremely crowded, leading to chaos and no clean tables. You had to chase down staff just to get forks, spoons, and glasses.
After breakfast, we returned to our room to find toothbrushes had been placed there. So, they simply forgot them on the first day (we hadn't even mentioned it).
However, the beach, just a 5-minute walk away, was so magnificent that everything else felt minor.

GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent, with a prime location right in front of the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The only drawback is the breakfast, which is served Ă la carte with limited options, and certain items are frequently out of stock. A buffet-style breakfast would be a significant improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite this, I would definitely return and highly recommend Ondus Hotel.

HHaydeelynWe stayed for 6 nights and we love it. Very spacious penthouse . We will comeback again someday for the 3rd time. A little bit far to the city but its worth it. My kids loves that the room are big, Â have our own roof too and a big balcony/terrace. The place has alot of potential. Not expensive for such a big and nice place to stay.

From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel welcome and taken care ofâespecially as a family. Check-in was smooth, warm, and efficient, and there was a clear sense that the staff understood what families need: patience, clarity, and a little extra support when traveling with kids.
The family room was a big highlight. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, giving everyone enough room to relax without feeling cramped. After a full day out, it really felt like coming back to a proper space designed for rest and convenience.
Food was another strong point. The buffet offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently goodâvaried, well-prepared, and satisfying. There was something for everyone, and the quality stayed steady across meals, which isnât always the case in buffet setups.
The hotel facilities were also impressive and well-maintained, making it easy to enjoy our time without needing to constantly go elsewhere. Everything felt organized, clean, and guest-focused.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Special mention to Lanceâalways happy, highly supportive, and a huge help when it came to logistics and assistance. Whether it was coordinating details or simply making sure things ran smoothly, he was reliable and genuinely attentive. Maddie also deserves recognition for her excellent customer care in the restaurantâfriendly, responsive, and consistently on top of things in a way that makes dining feel easy and pleasant.
We also appreciated how keen and supportive the security team was. Their presence added a reassuring sense of safety, and they were always helpful when we needed guidance or assistance.
Finally, the free drop-offs and pick-ups provided by the hotel were a great added benefit. It made getting around much easier and took away a lot of the typical hassle of transportation in Boracay.
In general, Savoy Hotel Newcoast Boracay delivered a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable stay for our family. Great rooms, good food, excellent facilities, and standout serviceâhighly recommended, especially for families looking for an stress-free and well-supported vacation.

The hotel has no lift, so better if you are with senior book the lower ground floor,
Then got briefing after check in, if want to clean the room leave the key at the counter, however our room was not clean as per the briefing.
The food was nice, mostly cooked without oil, except for the fried chicken.
The room a but old but acceptable.
Overall is ok.
