MMindy DingI love the location. It was so convenient for me to explore Malacca. Having to be near great eateries too. The authentic Peranakan feel was a surprise. I did not expect to have the toilet door out of the ordinary. Will choose to stay here again when I have the chance.

GGuest UserSuper nice and marble-ish modern and new hotel in melacca. Totally recommended. No hidden cost and all. Straight up, super friendly and parking is easy. RM10 for VVIP parking and free parking for normal parking. Room is great and very nice. Aircon is superb! Breakfast buffet need improvement bt cmon with price ure paying is definitely worth it! I rate 5 stars! behind hotel got dobi for laundry. location is strategic. #melacca #marblehotel

GGuest UserConvenient location, right where the bus from Singapore have a stop at. It's also where the Buses back to Singapore will pickup passengers. Also just a short walk to multiple malls, including a sheltered 10min walk all the way to A Famosa, and another 10min walk to the Jonker Street entrance. Also close to multiple great restaurants (Atlantic Nyonya, Ee Ji Ban) and massage places. Service was friendly and helpful, and though my checkin was delayed by 30min as the room wasn't ready, they allowed checkout till 1230pm so net-net I guess haha! Although I didn't have any meals at the restaurant, the staff was kind enough to provide utensils and a bowl when I requested one for my grabfood. Room-wise, it was sufficient and decent for its price. Bed was comfortable, Aircon was cool, and cleanliness passable. Only a few minor issues like some stains at the corner of the bedsheets, no shaver set, and the poor quality TV. I think the most bothersome was that the walls and door let in sounds so easily and we had the misfortune of having elderly Vietnamese tourists staying around us who talk so loudly and with a tendency to chat along the hallway. Otherwise, really recommend Estadia Hotel for anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay at Melaka!

MMerryD.It's worth more than the price, the location, the facilities. I paid less than RM50 per night (not including the RM50 deposit). The bathroom and showers are amazing. The heaters is 5/5 stars, complete with shampoo, soap, towels. We got a window with the city view. The room is big and very comfortable, the air-conditioning is fully functioning. A lot of space for prayers. I'd definitely book this hotel again, next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel has provided the facilities as committed in their booking-page in the acceptable condition to their customer, i.e. me. Despite it is a budget hotel only and the overall appearance is slightly vintage :D, the room, the bed/mattress/blanket, bathroom, showering water heater, etc. are still clean and in acceptable condition. Besides, if communicated/spoken to the hotel, it has self check-in option for the check-in after business operation hour, i.e. mid night. Travelers can acquire the room key/card by themselves from a locker with a provided pin code. These enable me to have a good rest after making an urgent booking in night time, travel over 100km then reach the hotel at 1.30 a.m. mid night. The attached photos show the self check-in/out facility, public drinking-water-dispenser and fire extinguisher. Although I can't expect much from a budget, I would like to suggest that the air-con in the room to have service/maintenance so that it won't produce much noise. By the way, the noise only distract us slightly from having rest. After all, based on the offered/discounted price, the room is satisfactory and recommended.
