"Our family's first summer trip – Naked Stables. Our little one rushed to Moganshan right after school, still in her uniform! Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm. **Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday! **Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower. **Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay. **Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home! **Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive."

"Since I stayed at both Naked Stables and Naked Castle, and booked Naked Stables through their official mini-program, I'll provide a comprehensive review of the rooms, environment, dining, and service to offer more reference points for your choice. **Rooms:** At Naked Stables, I stayed in the rammed earth hut on the hilltop, and at Naked Castle, I had a cliff-view suite. In terms of rooms, the rammed earth hut felt a bit dated, while the cliff-view suite offered a superior view. **Environment:** Before visiting Naked Castle, I absolutely loved Naked Stables. Even after 15 years, its 'wild luxury' concept still leads the pack. However, after going to Naked Castle, I grew to prefer its hilltop scenery, which offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains. **Dining:** At Naked Stables, we dined at Tian She, and at Naked Castle, we ate at the Paotailou Chinese Restaurant. Tian She at Naked Stables was a clear winner; their home-style dishes were exceptionally well-prepared. In contrast, Paotailou Chinese Restaurant had no distinctive features and wasn't even particularly tasty. **Service:** Relatively speaking, Naked Castle provided a more detailed service with a one-on-one butler, Xiao Yang, in addition to their official customer service. However, both resorts lacked standardized training. For instance, regarding departure gifts, which were clearly included in the booking, Naked Stables didn't offer one during check-out. After I brought it up, they gave me one cup, and then another when I mentioned that others received two. Naked Castle, on the other hand, asked me to choose a color beforehand, which was great. But then why were the sizes different between the two resorts? I found that very odd. The smaller size given by Naked Castle was less practical. I experienced travel photography at both, from the same company. I preferred the photos from Naked Stables, and their customer service was also more accommodating and polite. **Friendly Reminders:** The round bed in the rammed earth huts at Naked Stables only has a bathtub and no shower, so choose carefully if you're not a couple. The mountain road to Naked Castle can be challenging for new drivers, so please drive safely. Also, Naked Castle had many insects at night that I'd never seen before. Furthermore, for a luxury hotel priced over 3000, it's unheard of for the mini-bar to separate non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, making only the soft drinks free. It's either all free or nothing. Why offer some items for a fee and some for free, then place them together and expect guests to scan codes to figure out which is which? Guests paying this price typically don't mind spending a bit extra on food, but it's truly a hassle…"

"Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are located on the mountain, and you need to take an electric shuttle from the lobby to check in. The overall service was good, and the shuttles were frequent and responded quickly when called, making it quite convenient to travel between the room and other activity areas. The hotel is more geared towards families and children, offering a variety of activities like go-karting and kayaking, so you won't get bored staying there. The breakfast selection was decent, and the local Moganshan specialty dried plum vegetable pancakes were quite tasty. The only minor drawback is that the hotel has been around for many years, so some of the furnishings in the rooms show a bit of wear, which slightly affected the experience. All in all, it's still a good option, especially if you're traveling with children."

"The price was quite high, but the room felt very average. There wasn't even a bathtub, which is inconvenient for those with young children. The public areas were also pretty mediocre and ridiculously overpriced! The bamboo forest shuttle bus cost over 100 RMB per person, and the ride felt like it was over in three minutes – a total rip-off! Service: The uncle driving the golf cart had an unenthusiastic attitude, quite grumpy actually, and seemed unfamiliar with the resort grounds. Only the customer service butler was decent, I suppose."

"Our overall stay at Kaiyuan Senbo was fantastic, and I especially want to commend YiQi Travel Photography! It was such a pleasant surprise! I didn't have high expectations for the travel photoshoot, but the results completely exceeded what we imagined; they genuinely looked like professional-grade 'blockbuster' shots. The photographer was excellent at candid shots, making the photos natural and high-quality, capturing many beautiful moments from our trip. I loved every single one; we didn't have to pose much, yet the output was exceptional. The entire shooting process was also very enjoyable. The staff were patient and professional, even with young children, making the experience truly wonderful. This stay at Senbo not only made our kids happy but also left us with incredibly precious travel memories. YiQi Travel Photography, in particular, deserves a standalone five-star review! The photos surpassed all expectations, and I highly recommend them! ❤️"

"I brought my kids here for the summer holidays. The room wasn't quite my style, but the service attitude was truly excellent. During my stay, the door lock wouldn't open, and I contacted Xiaoyue who immediately arranged for an engineer to fix it. I also encountered a small issue at one of the activities, and the on-site staff didn't know how to handle it. Again, Xiaoyue promptly stepped in and resolved it. These 5 stars are for Xiaoyue; she seems to be the resort's service ambassador, as she's the go-to person for most problems. Whether it was arranging a shuttle or getting items sent to the room, she handled everything perfectly. Sometimes her WeChat replies were a bit slow, and I actually considered complaining, haha, but then I saw at the front desk that Xiaoyue *was* the front desk! She was also checking guests in, so no wonder her replies were slow. After chatting for a bit, I realized how hard she works, having to attend to other guests too. Thumbs up for such great service! The room hygiene was also pretty good; it's hard to avoid some outdoor elements."

"Environment: Fantastic, truly feels like living in the mountains. It's lovely whether it's raining or sunny. Facilities: All sorts of facilities are available, making it very suitable for family trips, especially if you're traveling with dogs and children. Genuinely kid-friendly and pet-friendly! Service: Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us. Excellent service attitude! Hygiene: The biggest drawback was the hygiene. By hotel standards, the room's cleanliness was very poor, and even by guesthouse standards, it was only average. The toilet hadn't been properly cleaned; there were urine stains and hair, which was quite off-putting. Dining: The on-site restaurant's farm-style dishes were excellent. We had two dinners and one breakfast at the hotel, and it was great for the family. Overall, the experience was quite good, with plenty of activities like fruit picking, fishing, and a mini-zoo. I really hope they can improve the hygiene! I'd be willing to come back if I have the chance, especially with my family."

"The hotel is brand new and located right next to the Deqing International Convention Center, likely built as a配套 facility for it. It's very convenient for getting around, with Deqing Alpine Rafting not far away, and nearby attractions like Yucun and Xiazhu Lake. Plus, the newly opened Intime City mall is right next door, accessible directly from the underground parking garage. A special shout-out to Michael Lin from the concierge team. Knowing we were celebrating a birthday, he not only upgraded our room but also provided a complimentary birthday cake and arranged for the housekeeping staff to decorate the room. We are incredibly grateful for his thoughtful arrangements, which made our three-day, two-night Huzhou trip truly memorable. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Deqing. "The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Yinshan Street and Jianchi Lake. The multiple terraces offer different views, and you can watch the sunrise directly opposite Naked Castle. The breakfast is good; though not a huge variety, everything is quite tasty. The only thing is to make sure to ask about the room's orientation and view when booking, as it can be fully booked during holidays, making last-minute changes difficult."

"I've always been a loyal fan of Kaiyuan Group, and this stay was truly wonderful. Due to the typhoon, we ended up eating and staying entirely at the hotel. First off, Yun Gu Dexin Hotel is exceptionally clean. What's more, the staff were incredibly caring and patient, making us feel right at home. The young man at the front desk was also very dedicated. Because of the typhoon, I called to check on taxi availability. They not only upgraded our room but also advised me not to take the parked taxis, suggesting a ride-sharing service would be cheaper. Finally, when we checked out, my child's smart watch was left behind at the hotel, and the front desk staff at post number three arranged for free shipping for us. Despite the typhoon, we had the whole pool and ping-pong area to ourselves, which the kids loved. And after the rain stopped today, we even took a walk around the hotel's Zhiji Countryside, where the air was incredibly fresh and healing. When we encountered a minor issue with a dish during lunch at the hotel, the manager promptly helped resolve it. I also really liked the connecting corridor; sitting there was very relaxing. It truly felt like a complete vacation experience. The view outside the room was absolutely stunning, and we received complimentary welcome fruit both days. Traveling alone with my elderly parents and child was hassle-free. Everyone had a relaxed, pleasant, and leisurely three days despite the typhoon."
