Hot Springs Hotels in Deqing

This was my first time visiting Moganshan, and I booked the Shangpo B&B based on Ctrip's ratings and reviews. I was really impressed by the welcome letter, which showed the owner is cultured and thoughtful, and it immediately heightened my expectations for this 'paradise on earth'... The B&B is nestled amidst mountains and bamboo forests, with a three-story, reddish-orange Tuscan-style exterior that exudes a vintage charm. It feels incredibly exotic being surrounded by the bamboo sea and mountains. The environment here is serene and peaceful, truly a 'paradise away from the hustle and bustle' as described in the welcome letter. The room was clean and elegant, offering mountain views right from the moment you open the door. Every detail exuded a subtle luxury. My favorite part was the artwork in the common areas – several Picasso-esque paintings by Dutch artists, paired with light luxury, simple European furniture, creating a striking visual contrast between modern and vintage that sparks a unique aesthetic romance. Both the Chinese and Western meals here were incredibly delicious, fresh, and exquisitely prepared. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner could all be customized to guests' requests; it truly felt like everyone was a VIP. The service at the B&B was also outstanding. Coffee and mineral water were provided free of charge and unlimited throughout the day! The housekeeper was warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive to every request. This is, without a doubt, the best-serviced B&B I've ever stayed at. I will definitely be back!

Choosing a guesthouse was a good option for our group of four friends. We happened to have a suite with a small loft. It was a family-run guesthouse; the owner seemed to live there himself. The most unique feature was Lulu, a sika deer. My friends especially loved her; she was very gentle and didn't smell much. Lulu was very clean, haha, but she was a bit greedy. Breakfast had a good variety of options, a typical Chinese family breakfast: porridge, fried noodles, steamed buns, eggs, corn, etc. Lulu especially loved the corn, haha. Driving is better for getting around. If you need a taxi, you'll have to call about 20 minutes in advance. If you're lucky, a driver will be available immediately after you book, but if no one is passing by, you'll have to wait a while. The guesthouse also had an automatic mahjong machine. We were the only ones playing that day, haha. The owner was very nice; he even reminded us when we were playing late. If you need any help, you can contact him directly via WeChat. The room was quite clean, and we slept well. The air was really fresh and comfortable. It was drizzling a little when we went, otherwise we could have sat on the lawn, had coffee, and chatted about the three lakes. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We loved our time here! The staff are very sincere and friendly which made all the difference to our stay. They “saved” us when we and our dog were stuck in Moganshan at night, by personally driving down to pick us up - we were super grateful! The minsu is very clean and well maintained, and the meals we had there were all excellent. We loved the farmhouse chicken soup we had for dinner in particular. We also took a little hike around the minsu which was very pleasant. Would love to come back here again someday!

Our two-day 'retreat' with my mom and grandma has come to a perfect end! A big thank you to our butler, Xiao Liu, for the thoughtful arrangements. He upgraded our rooms and every meal was delicious. The elders in my family are always so happy when they're in a natural, mountain setting. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed – we didn't have to prepare a thing. Plus, there were charging stations for our electric car, so all we had to do was relax. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent! Not at all misleading in the photos, what you see is what you get. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly. The place is very clean and the environment is great. The only downside is that because of the central air conditioning, someone in one of the rooms was eating hot pot late at night, and the whole room was filled with the smell of hot pot wafting through the air conditioner, making it very uncomfortable. If you really want to eat hot pot, I think you should go to the restaurant. Making a scene in the room is inappropriate and just shows a lack of manners.

I recently stayed at this wonderful place that exceeded all my expectations. Nestled in a peaceful setting, the property offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The surroundings were serene, with lush greenery and tranquil views that instantly put me at ease. The highlight of my stay, however, was the host. They were incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating, ensuring I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to provide personalized recommendations and even shared some local insights that enriched my experience. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

I saw that Man Shi Guang B&B ranked 13th in Moganshan, and the facilities are incredibly comprehensive. They have a billiard room, game consoles, KTV, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and a kids' play area. What really stood out was the stunning scenery behind the guesthouse – it’s absolutely perfect for photos! We stayed for three days and barely left, as there was so much fun to be had right at the B&B. We were two families staying together, and the kids all played together, so we barely had to supervise them. At meal times, you can even order food at the guesthouse, making for a truly relaxing trip. In the scorching summer heat, there's no need to rush to different attractions; just enjoying the guesthouse itself was incredibly comfortable. Overall, the B&B is excellent and I highly recommend staying here.

The host contacted me in advance to inform me of what to expect. On day of check in the venue was easy to find and free parking was available. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very warm and friendly lady. The hotel was beautifully decorated and very calm relaxed aura. The room itself was bright and airy. A huge bath large enough for 2 people and a large balcony. There were lots of indoor activities to partake in or many cosy places to talk, read or work. Overall a very peaceful place with a fantastic host. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area. Many thanks for amazing service! ❤️

Environment: Fantastic, truly feels like living in the mountains. It's lovely whether it's raining or sunny. Facilities: All sorts of facilities are available, making it very suitable for family trips, especially if you're traveling with dogs and children. Genuinely kid-friendly and pet-friendly! Service: Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us. Excellent service attitude! Hygiene: The biggest drawback was the hygiene. By hotel standards, the room's cleanliness was very poor, and even by guesthouse standards, it was only average. The toilet hadn't been properly cleaned; there were urine stains and hair, which was quite off-putting. Dining: The on-site restaurant's farm-style dishes were excellent. We had two dinners and one breakfast at the hotel, and it was great for the family. Overall, the experience was quite good, with plenty of activities like fruit picking, fishing, and a mini-zoo. I really hope they can improve the hygiene! I'd be willing to come back if I have the chance, especially with my family.

Meeting the deer/cute animal interaction: The deer are super cute and friendly, and the place is very clean. Most importantly, the staff service is amazing! We missed breakfast, and the staff even asked if we had eaten and then cooked us a bowl of noodles. Highly recommend, will definitely come again next time!
