"We were very disappointed to discover that there were no kitchen essentials, I guess we didn't study the fine print to understand that, but honestly.....not even a cup to get a drink out of??? No icemaker in the hotel, and no way to make ice in the freezer in the room? The pull out bed had no bedding or pillows. There was ONE roll of toilet paper for three of us for three nights. NO HAND TOWELS is ridiculous!!! When I asked about them the clerk said we should just use our washcloth. The bath towels were tiny and inadequate. But, by far....the worst thing about this place was there was NO HOT WATER in the shower!! It was clear the lever had been purposely adjusted to stop in the straight up position not allowing the lever to be turned left toward the hot water side. After we all had to endure a lukewarm shower I asked at the desk about it and was told we would need to exit the room for their repair person to adjust it. So we did. The next morning? Even colder!!! That alone, I believe warrants a full refund. OH.......and to top it off....a crazy lady shouting profanities was in the parking lot and the desk clerk solved the problem by...bringing her into the hotel to be with all of us. How is this right? How is this any way to run a brand new hotel. How is this place worthy of the Choice hotel brand? It is not. I fully expect a representative to contact me for a partial credit. Cold showers are not what I paid for. Thank you."
"It was nice to see the night lady again when booking the room, she is wonderful and always makes me laugh after hard day at work. The man in the morning was just as friendly and seeing his puppy cheered my new day! Thank you for having a last minute room open."

"My husband and I needed some rest. Things weren't going well but the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, good shower and nice breakfast. I've stayed there before with friends but missed out on how nice the property is. The layout is unique but the atmosphere is so worth it."
"Room 339 might be haunted. I experienced something like a poltergeist—objects moving on their own. I left my watch and AirPods case on the table before going to sleep, and when I woke up they were on the floor. The table is far from the bed, so there’s no way I knocked them off in my sleep, and I definitely wouldn’t have left them on the floor. Anyone staying in Room 339 should be careful."
"As soon as I entered the room, there was a pungent smell. It was uncomfortable for people who were sensitive to the smell. There was a kitchen in the room with an electronic stove, but there was no tableware kitchen. The kitchen became a furnishing. There were bugs in the bathroom. The children were bitten on their hands. A bag has not subsided for a day. Will not go back again, it is recommended that people who are sensitive to smell do not choose"
"Pleasant stay. The room was very clean and functional. Quiet at night. Beautiful view of the river. Staff was friendly and efficient. We would go back again."

Amazing
GGuest UserFirst time in this hotel, quite good. Good location, good room, separate shower and closet, coffee maker in room. No parking, but there is a valet service. If you bring car you can park in the next block in Jefferson st, comfortable and reasonable price. Housekeeping and waiting quite slow response for services. Overall happy with the stay
GGuest UserMy husband, 2 sons and I stayed at the Inn at Northrup Station recently while in Portland visiting our daughter. The location worked out very well for us and everyone enjoyed the breakfast. The first night, our bathroom door squeaked when we got up in the middle of the night to use the facilities waking others in the room. I talked to the front desk in the morning and they came in and gave it some oil which worked perfectly to silence it during the night. Very much appreciated! The beds seemed smaller than normal queen sized beds but we had no way of verifying that. Luckily there was a pull out sofa in our room so one of our sons slept on that after the first night. The bed did seem smaller than our queen at home to my husband and me as well.
SSophieMWIncredible hotel for the price! Stayed with a friend whilst visiting Portland and hotel room was so clean, had the most incredible bed and great location. Will definitely recommend to others
DDaisyumThe mattress was comfortable and the room had a great view. It was comfortable and conveniently located closed to the center of Downtown Portland.
GGuest UserWe fly in from Hawaii, our flight delayed 3 hours, so we arrived at the hotel at 4am, the girl at the counter was walking towards outside and saw us entering the hotel with luggages without saying a word, we thought she was stepped out just a bit, and waited in the lobby, but she disappeared! There was another man in the lobby he tried to help us find her however no luck.
We were so very tired and waited in the lobby for half an hour, she finally came in and gave us the key of the room, it only took like 2 minutes.
If it were that simple, why not just handed the key to us upon our arrival, we tried to make phone calls, but the phone rang right in front of us in the counter with nobody inside, it's very very very frustrated.
EEnricolehotel is good and the staff are kind; outdoor swimming pool is not so common in Portland; nearby the hotel there is a nice walk on the riverbank
