Great location and friendly staff. Haven't stayed here since the Benchmark group took over the property from Westin, but was glad to see it hadn't changed very much.
There were a few cleanliness issues in the room (some sticky residue left on a nightstand and the bluetooth speaker) and a problem with the thermostat; I alerted staff to the second issue and it was resolved. Also had a very enjoyable first evening at The Alder lounge, although the heat could be turned up in there - found it very cold!
Overall though, I really enjoy this hotel and will likely return if I have a chance.
