Hotel Lucia is in a part of downtown that is somewhat quieter than the usual fanfare and yet close enough to the good eateries. It’s just about ten minutes away by walk to the Old Town, and five minutes walk from the Pioneer Square. Many bus as team lines run in this area for you to get out of town. My only suggestion is to have hot water served at the lobby drinks table throughout the day. And also I would have liked a pair of slippers too.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, great location. Only thing better would be if they had a great coffee spot in hotel. But the buffet continental breakfast was nice touch.

Fantastic historical building, remodeled beautifully. Warm, fun, friendly. Very walkable location, best staff. The happy hour was a great treat too!

Clean rooms, well located. The hotel charged a steep tax for amenities (including water and coffee), then listed these amenities as "complimentary". It felt like a really slimy way of squeezing more money out of the guests and we wouldn't stay here again for that reason.
