The beds were comfy, the food was tasty and it is located close enough to the freeway to be convenient but little road noise’

Very kind staff upon check in. The room was beautiful. The tv unfortunately didn’t work, which made falling asleep a little hard with the loud highway. But the room was beautiful, beautiful view, thank you, I will come back! Next time I’ll ask to get my tv fixed, we just had our dog with us this time or I would have asked for help with it.

The Hotel got an issue probably fire or so, huge part of the building was smelling terrible and a lot toxic air inside de hall, and rooms! My room was affected, I was out for work and nobody notified me at all, I realized that significant part of the hotel was closed and "all" people were relocated in a different rooms until the next day morning when i ask about the internet and complain about the terrible smell!! On top of that, Teresa which is the front desk manager scolded me for not being at the front desk asking what happened the night before, I spent the entire night smelling this toxic air, nobody even message me even when they realized my belongings still at my room which allegedly they went to see if someone was there! Not even an apology I received from anyone in that hotel. Terrible customer service!!
