"The staff is super friendly and they even upgrade my room for three nights in a row. They prepared a small cake on my birthday and fruits on arrival and always help me to get a taxi. I love those guys! Thank you. The hotel manager is amazing!"

The newness of the property was evident, with some ongoing construction both inside and on the access road – a detail we appreciated being informed about. While the breakfast could benefit from a wider selection, the rooms were undeniably amazing and provided exceptional comfort. There's an opportunity to enhance the training of the cleaning staff to ensure consistency. On the other hand, the gym, sauna, and hammam facilities were truly superb. Despite the minor shortcomings, the potential of this hotel is clear, and I anticipate a flawless stay on my next visit."

GGuest UserI loved staying here. It's a little out of the way but still only eight minutes on foot to Sultanahmet square. Nice and quiet. Large clean room with great bed and great pillows. Looks new inside. Wonderful breakfast with fabulous views on the 5th floor. There is a spa downstairs so I got a nice massage. Great staff who helped me out with all my requests. I highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a property that masterfully combines thoughtful design, polished service, and a location that captures the very essence of Istanbul’s history and rhythm. An Experience Worth Remembering Location & Access Situated in the heart of the city’s historic core, this hotel makes exploration effortless. From here, it’s just a short walk to the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet, and several key transport links. The setting feels authentic and lively; ideal for guests who want proximity without sacrificing comfort. Room 3219 – Exceptional Comfort The room offered a superb balance of functionality and elegance. It was impeccably clean, featuring plush bedding, perfect lighting for reading or work, and a surprisingly quiet HVAC system, a rarity in city hotels. Small details, like the scent of fresh linen and a spotless bathroom, reinforced the sense of care behind the housekeeping standards. Service & Staff The staff are the heartbeat of this property. Every interaction, from check-in to checkout, reflected professionalism anchored in genuine warmth. They anticipated needs before being asked, making the experience feel personal rather than procedural. This consistency across teams’ front desk, dining, and housekeeping speaks volumes about the culture of service within the hotel. Dining Experience Breakfast was both indulgent and efficient. GGuest UserI made a reservation for 6 nights, they welcomed us very well at the door, they carried our suitcases to the room, our room had two beds, we also had a balcony for smoking, the location is 4 minutes walking distance to Istiklal Street.

AAkif.My first night was a disaster because my room's power supply kept cutting off and they took almost 3 to 4 hours to fix it, due to that I couldn't sleep the whole night and my morning plans got wasted too. I asked the hotel manager Mr.Arda to give me an extra night, (he refused), airport transfer on my checkout date , (he refused) , room upgrade, (he refused) , Then Mr Arda promised us a complimentary dinner at the rooftop restaurant and that was amazing .My initial plan was to stay 3 nights but then I extended it for 2 more nights because of 1 man Mr.Karem at the reception , the nicest guy of the hotel , Mr.Karem and Mr.Arda helped us alot and supported us in every aspect, but sorry to say all the other staff members there had just 1 answer. im sorry we cannot help you we cannot help you , I'll definitely visit again, Thanks to Mr.Arda and Mr.Karem ❤️ and lastly thanks to Mr.Servet who told us about the free shuttle service provided by the hotel which takes us to Taksim .
