GGuest UserThe accommodation is beautiful, clean, and the bed is super soft and comfortable. The TV is a smart TV, perfect for a relaxing stay. (However, the room might not be very soundproof; you can hear other doors opening and closing a bit.) If I have the chance, I'd love to stay here again.

The hotel overall feels very clean, modern and gives a luxury resort vibe. The swimming pool area was beautiful and perfect for photos 📸
We tried 2 different room types during our stay and both were comfortable and nicely designed. Service was also very good — staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay 😊
One thing to note is that the dine-in breakfast is only available for selected room types. But the breakfast experience was really worth it! Each person can choose 2 main dishes, and the presentation was very aesthetic and delicious 🍳✨ Definitely more than enough food.
Although the hotel is not located near Lee Garden area, getting around was still very convenient. It only takes around 10-15 minutes by Grab or Tuk Tuk to reach the city centre 🚕
Perfect for couples, family trips and even a relaxing getaway. Plus point for having free parking too 🅿️
Would definitely stay here again when visiting Hat Yai 💯

LLawcchThis hotel has a good location near Makro and central Hatyai mall. The receptionist can speak English for easy communication. However, the shower water heater was faulty or power tripped, as the staff thought on switching on the power. We don't use the water heater. The Aircon is good and cooling. They have a free coffee facility for guests near the door entrance.

WWangCLWe booked 3 rooms altogether for our family trip and all family members give 5/5 for the room! The bed is so so so huge in size which i never see such a super kind before! Just a bit disappointed for the leakage for container of hair shampoo when we checked in and the house keeping did not attend to the problem after we gave a call and she came into the room. At the end we can only use bath towel to stucked at the bath tub so that the shampoo in liquid will not flow till the whole bathroom.

KKitty199This is a new and clean place to stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, including a 7-Eleven, pharmacy, and an optical shop. It's also about a 10-minute walk to Kim Yong Market.

GGuest UserI checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place.
Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place.
I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels.
On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either.
My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents.
Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.
