GGuest UserCosy and homey yet warning VERY HOT! 🥵 I book a king room with a king bed for RM190. The room is a bit small which is unexpected bcs I thought it would be bigger from the picture but the bed is comfy. Coming to the hotel is pretty easy since it is located in the center of Hatyai and hospitality service from the receptionist is A! Greeted with welcome drink during a hot day and we got to check in at 1pm. Another plus point is drinks in fridge are free so thats a plus that is rare and they have ironing room! Some inconvenience that might be a deal breaker are: 1. Water pressure is very low tho and if there is no aircond you’ll be sweating if your room is on the second floor bcs somehow it is very hot in the building. 2. Parking is limited to 5 cars only and it is so difficult to park so I’m giving the last one just 4 stars. Since these two are a huge dealbreaker for me I might not repeat except for going to the hotel cafe. They give 10% discount to their hotel resident if you are interested.

GGuest UserAs single women stay in this single room feels safe. Very nice hotel.. New hotel vibe. But for light sleeper will be effected due to club nearby. 7e, big c and mr diy nearby. Parking should be no issue. Got private parking. Deposit 300 bath per room. To add pillow need to pay 50bath.

GGuest UserEverything is very good. The room is clean and in good condition. I like it's Lobby which smells good with coffee flavour. It is very near to Central Hatyai which is about 150m within walking distance. Though the road towards the main road is a bit quiet and dark at night. There are plenty of Free car parks surrounding the hotel. I strongly recommend the breakfast offered by the hotel. It costs only THB119/set with free flow of coffees, Milo, and fruit teas. The main course offered is delicious and its value is definitely more than the money we paid. The only upset is the room is not sound proof from the corridor. And if the hotel could provide more pillows that will be a plus to it. Overall I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend it.

GGuest UserHatyai Signature has always been consistent in the quality stay that they offer and at the prices we paid, it is of great value. Only drawback for this hotel are those who dont drive as it is a bit away from the city.
