The location is remote from the noise, if it weren't for the road to the hotel itself, then you can safely put 10! But it was not very comfortable to ride a bike along such a road) The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are well-maintained, air conditioning, a pleasant smell)

Among the minuses - there was no safe in the room, there was no hair dryer. It would be great if they helped carry things to the room upon check-in, since the price is above average)

Amongst the goat paddocks and tin houses was this very nice little resort. Pleasantly surprised with the amenities given the immediate surroundings. The more touristy Panagsama penisula is about 4 to 5 km away. Tuk tuk is required at around 200 pesos in one direction to Panagsama. Locals and staff are very friendly and helpful. Didn't provide daily house keeping which was only mildly disappointing. They are more than happy to exchange towels at your request.
A basic shopping centre is about 600 metres away which can cater to almost all your needs. If yo need coffee like me be sure to attend RAM coffee shop, was a good quality coffee. Swimming pool was very pleasant and well maintained, like the rest of the facilities.

It's ok though there's like loud music from a near by place, the air conditioner it was low so I had to use my own fan. It was quite difficult to get to the upper bed. The staff are good. I didn't like much the vibe of the town as is super touristy, ran out by Europeans or foreigners. So I don't recommend this town. The hostel itself is ok. It doesn't have a kitchen where you can cook. Has quite a beautiful common area.

The hotel is basic, but the price is really affordable. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is poor; you have to go outside to get a good signal. There’s no TV. This wasn't an issue for us, though. There's a water cooler with hot and cold water available at all times, as well as coffee and sugar. It has its own beach access. It's a small beach, but it feels almost private :) It's an excellent spot for snorkeling. The coral is beautiful and very close to shore, so you don't have to swim far. You might even spot turtles and sardines. It's a bit far from other cafes, but there's a cafe right on the beach that will gladly cook meat and other dishes for you. We especially liked the pork and beef – just be sure to ask them to make it 'not sweet,' as Filipinos tend to sweeten everything. The phrase 'no sweet' saves the day! Overall, this hotel is great for a short stay.

The guesthouse has a pleasant, green area with gazebos and garden furniture. There's hot water 24/7 thanks to an instant water heater in the bathroom. It's a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, where you can see sardines and turtles. On the way, you can rent a snorkel for 100 pesos, no deposit needed. The guesthouse offers breakfast, but we didn't take it. Just a five-minute walk from the guesthouse (turn left out of the gate) there's a huge food court and many cafes with great prices and variety. There's an ATM at the entrance to the food court, and about a hundred meters up the street (away from the sea) there's a 24-hour money exchange. The guesthouse hosts are welcoming and friendly. We booked a trip to Kawasan Falls and canyoneering in Badian through them (it was 300 pesos more expensive than what's offered on the beach, but we were happy with the organization of the trip).
Unfortunately, there are downsides too. The air conditioning in the room is incredibly noisy – even earplugs don't help; it feels like sleeping in a helicopter. Luckily, it rained on the second night, so we didn't need the AC. There are many animals at the guesthouse, so watch your step! And there were small ants running around in the room.

This is an excellent place to stay. Overall, the location is good, but walking back at night along the dark, unlit streets isn't very comfortable as the hotel is set back from the main roads. We rented a motorbike from the hotel for 350 pesos. It's generally hard to get around Moalboal without a bike; you need one to reach the beaches, waterfalls, shops, and cafes. The traffic isn't heavy and is predictable, so even a novice rider would find it comfortable. You can order breakfast or food delivery at the hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and exactly as pictured on the website; our stay was very comfortable. It has everything you need: shampoo, soap, a refrigerator, a chest of drawers, and a clothes hanger. Coffee, hot, and cold water are always available. There's a clean swimming pool on the property. The hotel owners are incredibly kind; they helped us with ferry information for leaving Oslob and how to get to Oslob by bus. Thank you so much for such a cozy place 🙏

Tuk-tuks overcharge for rides, but it's far from the center, so you don't have much choice. They added a cot to the room upon request. The room is spacious, and toiletries like soap, shampoo, and a toothbrush are provided. There's a small pool; some reviews mention another one, but we didn't check it out. We didn't get to see the turtles. In the evening, we were told they had already swum away, and in the morning, it was low tide. We went to Sardine Beach and spent a lot of time there, then it was already time to check out. After checking out, you can still use their facilities outside the room. Breakfast is small, but we found something to eat.

We stayed in an 8-person dormitory, just the two of us, which was great as we had plenty of space. There are lockers in the room that can be locked. Bath towels are available for a fee (50 pesos per towel) and can be rented at check-in. They brought a new water tank, so we had no issues with drinking water. However, there was no toilet paper, and no shampoo or toothbrushes provided. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they kindly let us store our luggage and even change into our swimsuits, so we were able to go snorkeling right away and see the sardine run and turtles. The restaurant across the street from our room was delicious and accepted credit cards.

Очень благодарны администрации отеля, что смогли нас заселить аж в 9 утра.
Отель находится в нескольких минах ходьбы от дайвинг центров и 15 минут на тук-туке до пляжа. В номере есть полотенца, удобная кровать, кондиционер, туалетные принадлежности, фен. Горячая вода ( в моём московском понимании этого слова) была, но не всегда. В гостинице есть правило, что в номере нельзя пить. На территории отеля находится симпатичный и удобный бар с пивом/коктейлями. Очень приветливые ребята из персонала. Из минусов - рядом ведётся стройка, начинается она в 8 утра..

Really nice sized pool and sunlounge area considerng this is a budget hotel.
I never stay around these hotels much to make the most of the facilities but it's here if you want it.
Nice room and very clean.
Near the bus stop but a bit of a walk to the ***** where all the bars and restaurants are.
Most people have a scooter anyway so you won't get any better for the money they charge here. 8/10

The hotel is located a bit south to the moalboal town center (approx. 10min by tutuk or motorbike) and away from the main road. You’ll need to cross a bridge made of bamboo sticks first to find your entrance. It’s a quiet place where you can only hear the nature and your own thoughts.
I’d highly recommend the restaurant because they offer great food at a reasonable price, although takes some time to serve so order in advance. Kudos to the owners who are almost always present and will come to the table to introduce themselves and make recommendations if needed. Staff are well-trained and very helpful.
You’ll also get the chance to observe some of the wildlife species like birds and lizards while staying there, which is a plus for me.
A 10/10 experience. Don’t miss it if you enjoy some peace and quiet in the nature.

I understand the water pressure us nig great but the hotel should inform you that you may not have any water to shower. We thought it maybe an issue with ouf room BYT our family who were in a separate room had the same issue.

BBaimajunzai2000Facilities: Hot water shower and air conditioning are good. But there are no other facilities in the room, no kettle, no hair dryer. You need to bring your own kettle, or go to the front desk to get a cup and pour water.
Hygiene: The room is cleaned every day, but the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. I don’t know how to maintain it, so I didn’t dare to go to the swimming pool. Fortunately, it’s close to the sea, so you can just swim in the sea.
Environment: Both entering and exiting require a long and rugged road. Close to the sea, you can go snorkeling. It's just a hotel, without any star-level services provided, and there is a service fee charged at the end. It is incorrect to list it as a top-ranked local four-star hotel on Ctrip. There should be more options.
Service: Unlike the diving shops in Bohol, there is no safety officer here. We took part in the snorkeling activity, because we went with divers, the guide was not very enthusiastic. There is no introduction leaflet for the event to refer to.
However, it is indeed convenient to go to see the sardines. You can just take a boat and join the activity to get there. No need to go around town.
Special reminder: this fee is not deducted by Ctrip, you need to pay in cash at the store. There is a reminder in the order, please be sure to bring enough cash.

VVladislavIsaevWe were there with my daughter just for some days and spent to receive PADIS diving certification due to the coach Lin and Head of diving center John, see the Mallball paintful food market and see the local life in seaside. The seawater is clear like glass, plenty of sealife under the leg even close to the beach, awesome surrounding - mountains, tropical vegetation and fancy restaurants and hotels along the beach and of course local boats looking rustic and gorgeous. The food was delicious, staff was friendly. Everything was the best!

GGuest UserLoved the property and the beach. Best snorkeling we did in Moalboal was direct from the resort and we saw turtles and lots of starfish and marine life. The lifeguard Frankie went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing snorkeling experience. Also enjoyed the pool and the location worked perfectly for us as it was away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to hit the town for dinner each night. Plus, White Beach is a 5 minute paddle away on the kayak. Would definitely come back again

Cclouder.changThe staff were all smiling, and when they saw I had the wrong Wi-Fi password, they patiently helped me fix it (actually, she wrote 6 and 4 very similarly). The room was very clean, and there seemed to be a beer raffle in the evening. I genuinely felt they were happy working. The only downside was that this hotel didn't accept sponsored tours. When I asked about the Sardine Storm tour, they told me to turn right outside and find a travel agency.

AAlexander KazanWe stayed for 1 night. Good location in the center, clean rooms. But the hotel is located next to bars and restaurants, so you can only fall asleep after 11. You can only sleep with earplugs, which the hotel wisely provides. If you plan to party all night, then this is an ideal hotel. If you want to rest after the road, then no.

BBarry9012The good is that it was very clean and more accessible by car than many of the hotels in town. The bad is that there was no hot water because the outlet for the water heater shower was broken. They also had a menu of things you could buy but then they were out of most things. I spoke to another guest and they had the same complaints. We are also used to blankets with the bed, but only a sheet was provided.
