Variety of pools was great. The pools were pretty dirty though and you couldn’t see one foot in front of you in the water. Other resorts didn’t have this problem. Food was ok apart from the coconut water and melon was sour and not sweet, the service time is pretty slow, food and drinks. I would recommend hurrying them when you order. Im all for hospitality, but some of the waiters are way over the top and will explain every detail of what they are about to do. I don’t need you to tell me you are about to get my drinks, about to get my food. Just bring it to the table as it was constantly interrupting my family time and conversations. Only one shuttle bus that gets booked all the time, pretty useless for such a big resort. Couldn’t understand why you have only one bus shuttle at only one time. Very impractical and unthought of. Beach was not good at all and not a sand beach. Rooms were fine, with the balcony. Not much of a view but it was ok. Overall we had a really lovely time. The pools cleanliness was our biggest concern. We’d definitely come back in the future.

Check in process was smooth and the stay was really good. They offer the breakfast buffet on the weekends and order throughout the week. Was really tasty! Staff are so friendly and helpful

The room was very spacious and clean. AC was well functioning, the restroom is also a reasonable size, there are racks and a space where u can also hang/dry wet clothes, the bed was huge and the room is really nice overall. The pool is also clean and there is a big area where u can sit and settle your stuff while you're using the pool. Staff was also very accommodating. The place was also really calm and quiet.
