SSAGERISTI recently had the pleasure of staying at a property with truly amazing amenities. The location is very accessible to AyalaMalls Manila Bay, making it convenient for shopping and dining activities. The hospitable personnel made the experience even more enjoyable, offering warm and attentive service throughout my stay.
The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, which provided plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. Overall, this property offers a delightful combination of comfort, accessibility, and excellent service.

GGD KikoOur stay at Grand Westside Hotel was overall very good. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the customer service was nice and accommodating. The location was also convenient, especially since it was close to the malls and activities we wanted to visit.
The only issue we experienced was with the key access for our family room/connecting rooms. It took around 5 calls and several trips to the lobby in the middle of the night before the rooms could finally be opened, which was quite inconvenient and tiring.
Aside from that experience, we still had a pleasant stay overall and appreciated the cleanliness, service, and accessibility of the hotel.

GGuest UserI stayed here for a business trip. It strikes me as a lively, family-friendly hotel, which would be great for families with children. However, there were a few things that bothered me for a business stay.
First, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. The walls seem thin, as I could clearly hear conversations from the next room and footsteps in the hallway. This noise was quite disruptive when I was trying to concentrate on work at my desk at night or get a good night's rest before a meeting the next day.
Second, the breakfast could definitely be improved. The selection was very limited, and for a business traveler looking to refuel in the morning, the lack of options was disappointing. Even for a quick, efficient meal, I would have appreciated a more nutritionally balanced menu.
While the hotel clearly caters to families, I would advise business travelers to bring earplugs and consider making alternative breakfast arrangements if staying here for work.

Wwanderer0112The hotel was outstanding from the outside, and so as inside. It’s convenient to visit the Ayala Malls Manila Bay which is just opposite to it. Rooms were superb and the birthday amenities is really good.
Breakfast is mediocre, not something I will look forward to, unlike my other trips.
The only downside is that you need to cross the whole ****** full of cigarette smell every time you want to go to the mall nearby, or to go to the breakfast place.

JJoy ManzaneroThis is my 2nd time to stay in Bayprime hotel. I had to come again because of its ambience, excellent amenities, spacious bedroom and the bed, love it! Unfortunately, I wasn’t t able to avail of the breakfast because I had a very early flight. But this time, I totally enjoyed the food! So lavish and tasteful.My friend and I also dined at the restaurant . We loved their sweet and sour pork and dimsum🥰 I will bring my family with me this summer and stay in Bayprime. My family is looking forward to staying in Bayprime❤️

Room and Amenities
Rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern furnishings like private balconies and kitchenettes overlooking Manila Bay. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and convenience store added convenience without needing to leave the property. Daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable and fresh.
Staff Service
Staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling, providing assistance like calling cars or handling check-in smoothly. Their friendly approach contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere.
Location and Security
The location near Okada, Solaire, MOA, and NAIA offered easy access to attractions in a secure, high-end residential area with strong security measures. Views of the bay and city from higher floors were stunning, especially at night.
Areas for Improvement
Some furniture felt slightly flimsy, and walking access to nearby spots like Okada was restricted despite proximity claims. Overall, these were minor compared to the excellent value and comfort provided.

MOA - great for morning walk / exercise, back and forth
Only downside - you can hear people moving and talking outside your room, sometimes bathroom will smell of smoke (possibly from the exhaust)
Lobby - warm and welcoming
Employees - all respectable
Room - clean, cozy, relaxing
Table space - great specially for those who are working
Room Wifi - can be a bit unstable but overall great connection, choose 5g option for a more stable connection
Bed - king size with 4 pillows and warm duvet cover
2 sofa bed - can make larger beds with two sofa beds available in the room (you can request them to arrange this before your check in)
Bathroom - clean, warm and cold water, with hair dryer, towels can be replaced upon request for additional cost, standard set for hygiene care (toothbrush, toothpaste)
Fridge - available, just need to plug it in when you arrive
TV - only cable channel, no netflix or other streaming app
Safety deposit box - available
Swimming Pool - not heated, very cold, great in summer or hot weather
Breakfast - Buffet, a few selection but has appetizers (salad, fruits), main dish, desserts, drinks, coffee, cereals. Overall great food.

Their phone doesn't work. ... We put some signage outside the door to indicate the room, but it's their policy to go down everyday and report it, its hassle... lol

GGrace TionkoI had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient when traveling from Batangas to Nichols Hotel, and from Nichols Hotel to NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. Public transportation to Terminals 1 and 2 passes directly in front of the hotel. It is also easy to go to Baclaran Church and travel back to Batangas.
Just a minor feedback regarding cleanliness: I noticed a few small roaches, and the bathroom floor was slippery, possibly due to some cleaning residue
