City Center Executive Hotel（Manila Airport and PITX）

THE ROOM IS SO BIG FOR US WITH MY FAMILY, IT HAS 3 ROOM THE OTHER ROOM WAS NOT SO COLD AIR-CONDITIONING BUT IT'S OK FOR US .. ROOM FOR 4 IS ALSO GOOD, THE CLEANLINESS, THE FACILITIES, THE POOL MY FAMILY LOVE'S THE POOL AND THE BIG ROOM MY MOTHER WAS AMAZED AS THIS IS HER FIRST TIME TO A BIG ROOM NOT THE USUAL HOTEL LIKE ROOM.

Everything is nice; however, the only problem is that the air conditioner is too hot even when it is already set to the max

So far, the staff members who helped us have been pleasant and helpful. It's superior to other hotels. When I wait for my turn and take a seat, the staff members give me a smile🙂

We booked this property through Trip.com based on the listed amenities, which included a microwave oven and induction cooker. Unfortunately, upon arrival, these were not available, and the front office confirmed that they are not provided. This caused significant inconvenience during our stay, as we had to rely on food delivery and incurred additional, unplanned expenses. Some listed items were also not fully functional, which further affected our experience. We made multiple attempts to raise the concern during our stay, but no solution or assistance was provided on-site. We are sharing this review to inform future guests to carefully verify the actual availability of advertised amenities before booking.

Clean and big room for a solo traveler, well-secured surroundings, linens smelt good, right in front of PITX, and there's a balcony with clothes line where you can hang your clothes.

My stay at Cuty Center executive hotel was good love it the room with balcony the service was good too all I can say the place I love it seeyaahhh next time 😘

Location to PITX (and thus, airport) is so convenient. Pool is nice, just check the times its operating. (Same as with the Gym) As for the room, its mostly nice apart from the TV being all-mandarin (use a dongle if you want youtube!), Wifi randomly dropping at times (and the 5G band being extremely unreliable), aircon remote randomly not working, some paint job being chipped away at the far side of the room beside the balcony, and the shower ceiling randomly having a temporary cardboard job. Service was nice, though I highly recommend buying some airtime to your number, as you either need that or doing the whole song and dance of going to the lobby and back up, and as with me having others in my journey meant that I always ask the security to tap his card to get back to my floor. Speaking of security, there’s a baggage scanner installed near the elevator lobby, so be mindful of that. I chose the option with no food, so we went instead to a hot pot restaurant at the ground floor. There’s also some parking outside. City Center Executive is part of the whole Imperial Plaza Residences complex, so on top of everything that I mentioned in this review, be extra mindful of the residents and try not to bother them.

Very good place. This hotel is totally worth it. The room is very clean m, width, and comfortable. The pool is cozy tho.
