Some floors have shared laundry facilities with dryers. There's a gym on the top floor with a great night view. The surrounding area is also very convenient, with a 7-Eleven downstairs and a Walmart neighborhood store nearby. There are also several Chinese restaurants and a Chinese supermarket (Far East) nearby. Please note that cleaning isn't done daily. You can add them on WhatsApp and ask any questions. They respond quickly (in English)."
