"The first thing I felt when I walked in was, wow — this room is huge! I really didn’t expect an XXL-sized room at this price. I even went back to check my booking a few times just to make sure it was correct. Another nice surprise was the Samsung dryer in the room, which helps remove any odors. And the toilet? Super clean. Overall, a very satisfying stay."

"Loved my stay here! Pros: daily cleaning, trash removal, towel refresh. Washer/microwave/fridge in room (laundry detergent provided!), bathroom with a window, solid a/c, quiet neighborhood, good wifi, universal outlet/usb, Also appreciated having some tv channels to browse through! Convenience stores and outlet malls nearby. Business center in the basement with a dryer, LG styler, free coffee, hot/cold water dispenser, computer, and WiFi Cons: Your closest transportation option is buses (nearest subway is about a 15-20 min walk depending on the line) so getting almost anywhere will likely take at least 50 mins, but every bus I got on had seating available. Overall, despite it taking a bit longer to get around, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for the amenities, daily cleaning, and dryer as those can be hard to come by. Of note - Korea generally sorts cardboard, plastic bottles/containers, glass, tin/metal, and food waste separate from general garbage. I recommended keeping a plastic bag or container in the freezer to store food waste until your checkout."

"The hotel facilities are not up-to-date, but the location is really good. It is close to major tourist attractions and transportation, so it was convenient to get around. Above all, the owner was so kind that I felt good throughout my stay. It was a satisfactory trip thanks to the clean accommodations and warm service. I want to stay here again next time I come to this area."

"Facilities: Very well-equipped. I especially liked the clothes dryer in the room; it was very convenient. The hotel also provided toothbrushes and toothpaste. Cleanliness: Everything I could see was very clean, which was great. Environment: The hotel was very comfortable, and the surrounding area was convenient, near Xinlin subway station with plenty of good food and drinks. Service: The service was warm and welcoming. Luggage storage was available, and there were complimentary iced Americanos, bottled water, and snacks to choose from. Highly recommended."

"Perfect food, very clean room and all the Hotel. But there is no water in my room, and it was so hard to prove it and to have a bottle of water. really!  It’s just bottle of water! But, to be honest it’s only one detail that I don’t liked. Harrison  else was perfect. "

"We loved our stay! My wife and I flew out from US to meet our son who flew out from London (we are British Korean mix) so we were delighted with the fantastic breakfast area, which offered a fresh and generous mixture of Korean/Asian and western style alternatives. All the staff were superb! Chef would prepare your eggs or noodles how you like them. The coffee machine was constantly monitored, so that I got my coffee just right. My son and I used the smallish gym a couple of times. It was perfect for us, everything was clean and functional, and water bottles and towels were provided, great! We were so happy that we did not choose to stay in a much more expensive central hotel. The Metro station is just across the the main street junction, literally a few minutes walk. The ticket machines have an English option, and getting around was a great adventure.(we used cash for the machines, don't forget to get your 500 won back on all used tickets in the recycle machine) Overall we had a lovely Stay, at the Shilla!"
