The room is clean and the room’s view is wonderful. The hotel is near the station and there is elevators on the way to station.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The spacious environment made the stay very comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped, featuring a rainfall shower and a separate wet and dry area for added convenience. The extra-large double bed came with four pillow options, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the room provided a hairdryer, straightener, and curling iron, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and friendly, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

The location is very good. 5 min to sendai train station. There is a famous grilled beef tongue across the hotel. There is also convenience store nearby. I think the coin laundry is so expensive, it’s 700 yen. Room is spacious and clean.

Wow! Everything was nice here! The location was good, close to the station. The amenities were remarkable and the b'fast buffet sets the standard! I will highly recommend this Koko Hotel and would be more than satisfied to stay again!

This capsule hostel is located at a shopping street with lots of restaurants and eateries which is walking distance to Sendai station. The environment is sparkling clean with nice facilities & amenities eg.open hot tubs bath and sauna, rest room etc. Service staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming is that you need to pay for keeping your big luggage which doesn't fit into a small locker provided for free. You pay 100yen for a wire rope which chain your big luggage at a side of the lobby. Overall it is a good budget capsule hostel. I will choose it if visit Sendai again.

Traveling with family for few days at Sendai. Good location to JR Sendai station. Lounge open for all guest to have complimentary drinks till late night.

Great location; lots of restaurants, shops and very close to train/bus station.

It was only one night stay but the room was comfortable , it takes 20 minutes of walk from the train station but it was a nice stay

I stayed in a twin room with a reception set. It was nice and spacious. The beds are two singles so they're a bit small, but I was able to sleep comfortably so it was fine.
