GGuest UserFrom the moment we entered the hotel, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed with a Nespresso coffee machine available as a welcome drink, which was a very nice touch. The room was slightly more spacious than most hotels in Japan, beautifully designed, and very clean—making our stay comfortable from the start. During our stay, we experienced the Aomori earthquake. We could clearly feel the shaking, and our phones received emergency alerts, so we quickly evacuated using the outdoor emergency stairs. When we reached the lobby, a staff member named 佐藤 (Sato) was already there, calmly reassuring guests. He noticed a lady who had run out barefoot and quietly brought her a pair of slippers without making a scene—such a thoughtful gesture. Mr. Sato was friendly and attentive during check-in, and during the earthquake he remained calm, clear, and informative. His professionalism and kindness left a deep impression on us. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service and genuine care for guests. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserI have comfy stay of 2 nights with Sotetsu Fresta Inn Sendai~ the location is very nice, walking for 1 minute you can reach Sendai Asaichi 仙台朝市, where they said it was the Sendai’s people kitchen. I have tried snacks like koroke (Saito Croquettes 齋藤惣菜店「ころっけや」 this is so good), beside the koreke shops there’s an uncle selling zunda mochi (edamame), and there’s a onigiri shop selling cheap and tasty onigiri just downstairs of the hotel. Very convenient to get to sendai station and there are a lot of combini/ restaurant/shopping places around. Room is clean and they provided laundry service too (but their dryer doesn’t seem working efficiently, I dried 6kg clothes for twice but still didn’t dry), yes they provided toiletries (including face mask and yuzu bath salt!), also there’s a free locker storage in lobby so you can storage you luggages and started to explore the beauty of sendai.

The bathroom was fully equipped, featuring a rainfall shower and a separate wet and dry area for added convenience. The extra-large double bed came with four pillow options, catering to different preferences. Additionally, the room provided a hairdryer, straightener, and curling iron, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were polite and friendly, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff was excellent, doubtless. The location is convenient, just next to a metro station; however, it takes about 15 minutes tio go from Sendai Station to the hotel. But if you try the metro, it leads to to severl levels dwon plus lots of waiting time for the train. So it is not the best location i would say. For the hotel room itself, it is a standard Japan hotel room. Smaller than i expected or expereinced in othe Mitsui Garden Hotel. That was a bit disappointing. I remember i was given a room with stinky smell. And i rushed to the front desk to ask for a cahnge of room. They immedaitely changed another room for me. But the reaction from their face, I wonder this smell problem must not have been new to them. But anyway, the staff was super nice. By the way, the public bath is normal. But i would say it lacks a space for people to relaxe outside the bath. There is no seat nor sofa outside. I need to go down to my room straightly. That was a bit not common in Japan hotels.

GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, our room was a good size and it was so quiet at all times - no noise from neighbours or from the street. Really clean, TV with YouTube and Netflix was so good and the wifi worked seamlessly. Would thoroughly recommend and would happily stay again.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good. 5 min to sendai train station. There is a famous grilled beef tongue across the hotel. There is also convenience store nearby. I think the coin laundry is so expensive, it’s 700 yen. Room is spacious and clean.

GGuest UserThis capsule hostel is located at a shopping street with lots of restaurants and eateries which is walking distance to Sendai station. The environment is sparkling clean with nice facilities & amenities eg.open hot tubs bath and sauna, rest room etc. Service staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming is that you need to pay for keeping your big luggage which doesn't fit into a small locker provided for free. You pay 100yen for a wire rope which chain your big luggage at a side of the lobby. Overall it is a good budget capsule hostel. I will choose it if visit Sendai again.

GGuest UserI stayed in a twin room with a reception set. It was nice and spacious. The beds are two singles so they're a bit small, but I was able to sleep comfortably so it was fine.
