Cleanliness was good. There are plenty of USB ports (about six in total), including an international power plug conveniently located next to the bed, with the rest being local plugs. The only issue I encountered was the low water pressure in the shower. It would be great if the hotel could improve this.

The front desk staff at the JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya are friendly, professional, and truly accommodating. I needed to leave the hotel by 6:00 a.m. to catch an early flight, and they assisted me in booking a taxi on time, making the entire process seamless. The housekeeping department was very attentive to my comfort during my stay. I appreciated the lovely fruit, excellent decor, and the generous selection of amenities provided. Additionally, the food at Uppercut Steak House was outstanding. The staff there were exceptional, especially the assistant manager, Erna. She provided professional service and attentively addressed all my needs, which made me eager to return to Indonesia and stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya again. Thank you once more for everything you did for me during my stay!

Nice place, unfortunately the amenities provided are not complete, there is no kettle for tea and coffee, safe box locked, AC dripping. What I like here is that the food is delicious.

Price is cheap and the value for money is amazing! The location makes everything super convenient — just a short walk to Tunjungan Plaza. Right downstairs there’s an Alfamart, and if you walk a little further you’ll find another 24-hour one. Across the street you’ll find Boncafe (their steak is really good!) and a 24-hour dim sum restaurant. The lobby is on the 3rd floor, but don’t worry — there’s always security at the ground entrance and they’re really friendly. Totally recommend!

The hotel is new, when I stayed it had only been open for a few weeks so the facilities were still good and new. Overall, it is very good, including the service, but there are several things that need to be improved, especially for motorbike parking, where the access road is very steep and curved and narrow, which in my opinion could endanger guests. Then for the cleanliness of the room, the floor was so dirty that it made me still wear slippers when in the room because I didn't have slippers, for the bathroom the water was also stagnant. But there are more pluses for that price, because there is a balcony and the room is also soundproof.
