Room Change at Midnight, Poor Sleep
I had to switch rooms at midnight because the air conditioning couldn't cool below 20°C. The technician couldn’t fix it and advised me to call the duty manager. I had an early flight and needed rest, but the room change took time, and I was disturbed again by a late-night call offering a towel. I finally slept around 12:30 AM and had to wake up at 5:15 AM. On the bright side, the porter kindly gave me a breakfast bag before my early checkout. Still, I’m reconsidering staying here again—might opt for a 4-star hotel with better comfort next time.

The hotel staff provided outstanding service. I was initially placed in a newly renovated Deluxe room that was full of mirrors, which I didn't care for. Manager Ms. Tasya immediately and efficiently handled my request for a room change, even escorting me personally to the new room. Separately, Chef Ms. Kurnia Fitri was also incredibly attentive; she introduced me to some authentic local Indonesian food, including a delicious chicken soup that I highly recommend.

Good experience overall. Room is spacious with all the amenities for a trip. The only issue was that the toilet had a lingering foul smell. The stench was quite bad on the first day, but the staff we contacted at night managed to apply some disinfecting spray which got rid/masked the smell. The smell came back the next day though but the smell wasn’t as strong as the first night, it was bearable.

24 hours fitness center is a big plus. Room are good and sanitised. Is just many mirrors.

I originally booked one of the renovated rooms and there is a bit of fiasco in the first day when I came back to the room it just reeked of raw sewage, almost like a pipe it exploded, and I immediately called housekeeping who sprayed but said that they would move me to a different suite which is the one in the photos. This is one of the more expensive suites and it’s basic and similar in comparison to the renovated suite. However, renovated suite looks like it was renovated back in 1990s as the other suite was much nicer and more modern
Overall, the service was fantastic. The food in the breakfast was delicious. The pool is nice. I’ll be at a little quiet and overall it’s a great location if you wanna go out to different sites or if you just wanna cruise the mall or do some quick shopping
