The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went out of their way to make me feel at home. I was thrilled to be upgraded to a deluxe room with a stunning view of Birmingham’s skyline, which added a special touch to my stay. The room itself was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a dream every night! I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the sleek bathroom with a powerful rain shower and luxurious toiletries. Everything felt well thought-out, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to full English breakfast items. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner there one evening – the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. The bar area was a great spot to unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring the city. The location of the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is unbeatable, especially if you want to be in the heart of the action. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham New Street Station, and the vibrant Brindleyplace area, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I also appreciated how easy it was to get around the city, with excellent transport links nearby. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. When I needed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, the concierge provided brilliant suggestions. Overall, my stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Location next to Train station with all transport facilites/ market place around you. Nice breakfast and clean bed sheets.

This was the third time staying at the hotel and again the service and room were excellent. Very quiet and a really good sleep.
