Nice and clean, but was quite noisy during day time as can hear the traffic noice outside clearly even when i closed all the windows. I had a problem with the key lock and it took quite a long time to settle it. All self check in and it was quite a problem when you faced difficulties during check in process. Overall speaking, location is nice and all facilities are well equipped and I spent quit a lovely time there.

lovely pleace, washing machine provided as well! A shame that the water tank didn’t hold a lot of hot water. You will have to wait 25min to get hot water again. Overall worth it. will be back! one of the best

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. What stood out the most: Superb Accommodations: The room was pristine, beautifully designed, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and functionality-making it incredibly easy to unwind. Excellent Amenities & Location: Everything was well-maintained, and the convenient location made exploring the area entirely effortless. It is rare to find a property that nails both the big elements and the small touches so perfectly.

There was slime on the floor. The room itself was okay, but the lobby was really subpar. The service was terrible; I was forced to switch rooms and had to stand outside for half an hour. Entering felt like playing an escape room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, which makes cooking extremely convenient. The location is also excellent, easy to access and close to many places. Overall, I had a great stay here and would highly recommend it.

A spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, very close to the train station with a nearby Sainsbury where you can get your grocery. All good. would recommend.

I booked two rooms at this hotel for a 6-day, 5-night stay. It's very noisy being so close to the road, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who's a light sleeper. Throughout our stay, there was no housekeeping service – no one cleaned the rooms or provided fresh towels. When I asked if we could check out just one hour late, they immediately sent a link, asking us to pay extra. To top it off, the cleaning staff seemed in a hurry to leave; they started knocking on our door before 11 AM, asking if we had left. I told them 11 AM, and sure enough, those two ladies were back knocking precisely at 11 AM. It was as if losing one minute would cost them a fortune! I will absolutely never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. It's truly terrible.

Kula Birmingham is a well-located serviced apartment in the heart of Birmingham, just a short 500m walk from New Street Station (Grand Central). It sits right beside The Mailbox, with plenty of cafés and restaurants steps away. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the building manager was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in the city.
