"Very nice, clean, and quiet hotel. The room was very big and comfortable. The decoration is very nice and well maintained. Breakfast was great. Great value for the money."
"Conveniently located near the train station, the hotel offers excellent service and is run by two brothers. The surrounding environment is lovely, quiet and comfortable. A lotus pond with mallards is just 100 meters away, and you can leisurely enjoy a weekend afternoon at the ice cream shop next door."
"It's actually at the river estuary. I tasted the water myself; it's freshwater, but deep enough for a 10,000-ton ship to navigate. However, swimming is not recommended locally. Just after checking in, I saw over a dozen helicopters flying overhead."
"The room is medium-sized, enough for one person. The hotel is in a very good location, close to Munich's famous attractions St. Peter's Church, the National Opera House, luxury shops and shopping malls. The room is very clean and there is even a small balcony in the room, which is great for watching the rain or basking in the sun. There is no peculiar smell. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. With such a price, location and configuration, it is very cost-effective. The breakfast is also very rich. The price of 14.5 euros for breakfast in Germany is unparalleled. The breakfast room is not big, but it has everything it should have. It is worth recommending!"
"Very new and clean. Close to ZAL tech.centre where a lot of potential customers are."

AAnonymous UserMy stay at the Crowne Plaza Hamburg - City Alster was absolutely superb. From the moment I arrived, the elegant and professional atmosphere was noticeable. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic view. The location is also ideal for both enjoying the beautiful Alster lake and accessing the city center. It’s the attentive service and premium amenities that set this hotel apart. I felt thoroughly pampered and would not hesitate to return for another luxurious stay.
HHappyandsafeVery friendly and helpful receptionist ( the female one, curly hair); stylish internal design, and it's a short bus trip from the centre train station. Free hot drink is definitely a bonus.
JJasmine00Service was good, can keep the bag for us after check-out,room was clean, the location not very good but you can catch the bus to the HBF station. Breakfast is good but the options have to be improved.
GGuest UserWe chose this hotel because the Barclays Arena is easily accessible on foot. Check-in at the terminal was seamless. I found the parking price (€15) a bit high, but it was acceptable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was the intrusive cleaning staff. Check-out is at 12 pm, and from 8 am onwards, the cleaning staff kept coming and going, wanting to enter our room. Based on previous reviews, we didn't book breakfast. The furnishings are very basic, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. It was a very pleasant stay.
GGuest UserBooked B&B hotel hamburg, as a last minute deal, this is a clean and mordern hotel, which is located outside of the main strip in hamburg, which had good transport links or walking distance if you dont mind walking. Easy self checking when you arrive, we booked a double room, which was pleasant enough. Room is keyless but code pad required, so you'll need to write the number down or take a photo. There was no tea or coffee facilities or bottled water, but for the price dont blame them. Cosy double bed, nice shower. We didnt have the breakfast but did look yummy as we left. Would encourage a stay here, but we did experience noisy neighbours in the morning, who allowed their children to run up and down at 6:45am two days in a row!!! And yes it was the weekend, respect clearly wasnt top of the parents minds sadly. Room was also quite hot, despite turning the heating off, was still quite hot with no function to turn down. Was on a main street so unless you want to feel like your sleeping on the street ask to be located to the rear (not street side). We did have a pleasant stay here and feel others would have a good time too.
GGuest UserIt is ideally situated in between the central bus and train stations. Bed is very comfortable and honestly, had one of the best sleeps I had on my first night (when there was only two of us in the room). My second and third night were ruined by new guests that were snoring way louder than the rumblings of the train passing by lols. Had great view from the room window. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly; truly appreciated that! 👍☺️ Oh! And the elevator is erm… unique 😛
