Have to say the room is okay especially the toilet and shower ,but only one curtain in between is not too pleasant for shower water . Blanket i like -warm and light ,not too big for complicated handling. Surprised me no table no sofa no chair in the room ,and have been told that in case i need i should ask the receiption to change the room -it is the first time to hear .Anyway i went thru … Location is good ,very handy to go to the hbf Dusseldorf ,while there is a lake in front -quite some swans and wild geese /ducks on the water ,very nice to watch them. Only 400m to walk to reach the metro station ,then going to many destinations; From Airport to the hotel ,quite short distance ,by train also possible it you do not have too much luggage. By walking distance also can reac the Japanese Street ,as well the king street … Giving a thumbs up ref to the breakfast - kinds of rolls /bread,cheese ,salad,sausage ,museli,tea,coffee ,yogurt ,whatever you would like to have ,really more than plenty ,and also always seats available ,as the capacity is really big enough ,never will forget this breakfast ! Off course room rate reached the roof but can understand everyone will take this advantage to charge ,as hotel is also some kind of business! Will definitely stay here again for the future ! We booked this hotel to attend the Medica Fair in Dusselforf during Nov.17-20,2025. The factor we selected this hotel is the short disrance between hotel and Dusseldorf Central Train Station. The room is very clean and very quited. The breakfast is western style. Hotel environment is very good even it located near railway station. There is a police station beside the Central railway station. Hotel security is very good.

I had a wonderful stay at Das Carls Hotel Düsseldorf as a solo traveler. The location is absolutely perfect, everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is possible to reach the airport by a single bus. You can reach the important places of the city by walking in maximum 20 minutes. The room given to us was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that there were no slippers. This simple thing greatly reduces the time you spend in the room and the comfort in the bathroom. In addition, it is a bit ironic that slippers are not provided in the sauna when there is an obligation to enter the sauna. Thank you very much to the employees.

WWaixiI recently stayed at the Medici Lifestyle Hotel and had a lot to say about the experience. The hotel has a very unique style, as if you were in a museum, and the overall atmosphere and decoration were impressive.
Pros:
Specialty style: The hotel's decoration style is very unique and full of artistic atmosphere. Whether it is the lobby, corridors or public areas, there are many artworks and antiques, as if you are in a private museum, which is very worth watching.
Location: The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many attractions and restaurants, and it is very convenient to travel. This saves us a lot of time and energy when visiting the city.
Service: The hotel's service is very thoughtful. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out procedures are very smooth. The room service is also timely and meets our various needs.
Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. The gym and other public facilities are also well maintained and very convenient to use.
Cons:
Decoration in the room: Although the overall style is unique, the decoration in the room can sometimes make people feel a little scary. The design of some artworks and antiques is exaggerated, which may not suit every guest's taste, especially when alone at night, it may feel uncomfortable.
Overall, the Medici Life Hotel is a very special accommodation choice. Its unique museum style and artistic environment are very suitable for travelers who like art and culture. The staff was polite and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Breakfast, however, was quite basic. It worked for a quick meal, with bread and yogurt options, but lacked variety. The only warm item was from an automatic pancake machine. Unfortunately, the boiled eggs were overcooked and difficult to peel.
One downside was the room lighting, which occasionally flickered and caused minor inconvenience.
Overall, the hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with excellent staff and a great location, though the breakfast and lighting could use some improvement.

The towels were fluffy, pure white, and high-quality.
The sheets were clean, and the room was thoroughly cleaned.
There was an in-room oil heater, so I could easily adjust the temperature.
From the window of my 6th-floor room, I could see the birds chirping in formation in the apartment across the street.
The shower had plenty of water pressure, although adjusting the temperature was a little difficult.
The room itself is old, but the walls had been nicely repainted.
One thing to note, however, is that the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor, so if you're assigned a single room on the 6th floor, you'll have to carry your heavy suitcase up the stairs by yourself. If you're not confident in your physical strength and mobility, it's best to choose a room on the 5th floor or lower.

ZZHENGRONGThe breakfast at the hotel is very good, I like it very much, the variety is good, the taste is good. My room was found to have obvious stains on the bed at the night of check-in. Due to the late time, I can only deal with it sloppyly. Serve the little brother, and he said that he immediately handled all the room hygiene, which is very satisfactory.

PPeterKA comfortable and cozy small hotel in a very convenient location next to a streetcar stop. It is about 15 minutes by bus from the airport and also about fifteen minutes directly on the streetcar to the downtown so it is easy to get anywhere. There are several restaurants and a small market across the street and several supermarkets and many more restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff were friendly and speak English. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. A small bathroom and the main disadvantage no air conditioning but the room was pretty comfortable with the small fan they provide. The breakfast was great with many choices. The WiFi worked well and the tv had a few English and foreign channels. A good value for money and a good location if you like to see a normal neighborhood but convenient to get around. I would stay again.

Www521The hotel is relatively new and convenient for transportation. It is about 10 minutes' drive from the Düsseldorf Exhibition Hall. The breakfast is quite rich, but the cost is a bit high during the exhibition.
