Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf City Centre

Had a terrible experience with the room. The room was not clean, the televisions did not work and the night manager (Roland) is by far the worst at his job. Roland, was rude and unprofessional when I ask to speak to him concerning my room situation. He just wanted to argue with me instead of resolving the issue. The Clayton is a good location, but the management need to change. I will not stay there again.

Stayed here for one night in a Junior Suite. The room itself was comfortable and had plenty of space, although the cleanliness could have been a little better in a few areas. The staff were excellent and easily the best part of the stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made the experience much more pleasant. The location was okay, but not particularly convenient for everything I wanted to do in Düsseldorf. The facilities were also fairly average and didn’t really stand out. Overall, a decent option for a short stay, especially if you value good service and a spacious room.

I stayed at Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf and found it to be a very convenient base in the heart of Little Tokyo, just a short walk from the main station and Königsallee. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The spa and pool were a nice bonus, making it a good choice for both business and leisure

The room was clean as always, the lobby was beautiful and the overall experience was great. The hotel is sufficiently staffed with professionals unlike some other hotels in the same tier that skimp on staffing and training and put the burden on the customers. I always use this hotel when I'm in Dusseldorf on an off season when it's more affordable. Definitely recommend.

From Check-in to Check out Sophie an operation graduate was fantastic her service excellent. Thank you Sophie for your service and with staffs like her I will return a third time. Aria

After it was changed from Nikko to Clayton, this was my 2nd stay. I was received by a Japanese staff at the counter (Ms Tomiko - I hope I got her name spelt correctly - if not, my sincere apologies to her!). She was exceptionally polite and welcoming. She accommodated my request for early check in after I told her I a very tired as I just arrived in Frankfurt that very morning and drove for 3 hours to Düsseldorf. She was also kind to advise me to park at QPark in order to save the parking fee. She is really very helpful and thoughtful! And at night, when I realised that the air conditioning was not functioning as expected, I had a room changed immediately when I called up the staff, in which it was a perfect room with powerful air conditioning system! All in all, it is certainly a great experience to start my business trip!

Nice hotel and good location, the room was clean. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was great and the room service was prompt and friendly. All the staff were cool and really nice, especially the assistant front office manager on duty on the morning of 2 May and the front office person who spoke a bit of Japanese. The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us.

When I arrived my room was not ready so I had to an hour after plus the bedsheets wear not clean enough and the decker sheets was so small to cover me and my partner. I called earlier in the morning to do late check out due to lack of sleep and serious headache and noise that some people were making in the the corridor . Am very unhappy and disappointed in hotel and I want a refund back pls
