Do NOT book! Do NOT book! Do NOT book! This place is terrible, worse than a cheap guesthouse in China. The shower stall is so small you can't even wash your hair, the towels had bloodstains, and the mattress was incredibly thin. The only upside is its location inside the train station, making it suitable for those catching early morning trains. Unless absolutely necessary, definitely do not book this hotel. Plus, Düsseldorf is quite safe, so there's no need to stay right inside the train station anyway. I really want to thank Trip.com customer service for helping me communicate and arrange the refund for two nights. I honestly couldn't stand staying there for even a minute, and ended up quickly evacuating with my luggage in the middle of the night!

Location of the hotel is good, but this is very basic hotel & dont expect any kind of facilities inside the hotel. The day i stay there was fire alarm in the hotel where we evacuate the hotel in the mid night.

The hotel is right next to the main entrance of the train station. You can check in at the reception desk conveniently located next to the DB information counter inside the station. There are bakeries, other breakfast options, and a supermarket at the train station, all very convenient, plus a DM store. Overall, the room is not large, typical of an Ibis hotel, and has air conditioning. However, there was a noticeable sewer smell upon entering the room, which was unpleasant. Oh, and an important piece of information: when Deutsche Bahn (DB) is unreliable, FlixBus is very close to the hotel, about a 5-minute walk from the train station. It can be a lifesaver! We were traveling to Brussels that day, but the train kept having issues and eventually couldn't depart. We ended up taking a bus and arrived in just over two hours.

Very good over all , except there’s a lot of homeless , and drunk persons in front of the hotel and train station at all time day and night , but the police and security are available all time .

The hotel is right near the train station, so transportation is super convenient. It's a bit noisy around there, and the safety isn't the best, but there are plenty of places to eat. I'd recommend it for a short stay.
