We stayed here for 2 nights. On our arrival, we realised that the hotel is located just behind the Yuhuang Pavillion. It is also conveniently located near the popular pedestrian street in Yinchuan. The staffs are very helpful. From the receptionist, to the cleaner and the guard too. Everyone is kind and helpful. The room was cosy and clean. The bed, blanket and pillows are comfy. We had good sleep. The bathroom was clean. The prepared bathroom slippers for us to use. The laundry is on the 3rd floor. They prepared drying area too. I give this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the location, quality of service and comfort. I strongly recommend you to stay here.

Staying on a chilly winter day was a great experience overall. The lobby had aromatherapy and the overall decor had a very artistic feel. The receptionist was very helpful, and check-in was very smooth. The staff were also very attentive and welcoming during my stay, providing snacks and a foot bath. The room was clean, odor-free, not old, well-laid out, and even had a coffee machine. One thing I'd like to mention is that the kettle had an odor; the hot water tasted like dishwater, so I didn't use it much.

The hotel is in a great location. There are many supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. Hunter at the front desk was very nice. The check-in process was very smooth. The mattress was moderately soft and hard, and the pillows were quite comfortable. I will choose to stay here next time!

Excellent
We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

It was a very comfortable and pleasant trip. The housekeeper Xiaolan was warm, attentive and cute. All the service staff were very kind. It felt like home here. It was originally dusty, but it cleared up in the afternoon. I was lucky to see the bonfire in the store. This time, I stayed for one day because time was tight. I will definitely come back for vacation next time when the grapes are ripe. I am very happy to meet you all. See you next time!

I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities as well. **Amenities:** The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Very clean hotel located in strategic area in the middle of the city. The view is breathtaking. I can see the whole city from my room. Spacious room and very comfortable. Breakfast is ok. But still i prefer the meal outside the hotel. The hospitality service could have been better. Yinchuan has great potential to be a tourism destination. And hospitality service is a game changer.

In terms of price, this place is really good and very affordable. It was comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids, which worked perfectly for our family. We booked this hotel because we had a connecting flight, and it was a convenient choice. The front desk staff and the lobby attendant were very helpful and friendly. There is also a small library in the lobby, plus free candies and biscuits, which our kids absolutely loved. Overall, it was a great value for money and a pleasant stay.
