I was very pleased with the service. 👍 The front desk lady upgraded me to a king-size room free of charge, noticing I was traveling with an older child. The room was clean and tidy. I bought lamb on a business trip, and the room had a refrigerator. The laundry room is next to the fitness room on the third floor, perfect for washing clothes after a workout. Turn right and walk 900 meters, about 13 minutes, to Wanda Plaza in Jinfeng District, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and movies. Downstairs, there's a food festival, makeup, hair, eyelash extensions, and nail art services. The hotel's breakfast was also very generous. If you're rushing to catch the high-speed rail, it's best to leave 40 minutes early to avoid rush hour traffic.

The check-in experience was very good. The room was clean, tidy and bright. The decoration was in typical Tibetan style, which was refreshing. The breakfast buffet was also very rich. In particular, I would like to give a thumbs up to the front desk staff, Xiao Wang and Xiao Zhang, for their professional, efficient and courteous attitude. They also gave me a small gift when checking out and wished you a safe journey. I am very grateful.

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

GGuest UserThe Chateau de Chateau de Chadolan is my favorite hotel on this trip to Ningxia! The entire hotel is surrounded by vineyards, and the Helan Mountains are majestic in the distance. It was so beautiful to watch the sunset at dinner in the restaurant👍. The room is warm and comfortable, with seats on the balcony. You can watch the stars at night and overlook the Helan Mountains in the morning. The winery brews its own wine, and the little sister takes the tour and explains, so that the little students can gain knowledge. The little housekeeper Guo Guo is thoughtful and caring, and the arrangements are very in place! Breakfast is booked in advance, there are many options, and it tastes very good. Dinner was booked with the little housekeeper one day in advance. The ingredients are fresh, taste good, and the quantity is sufficient. The dining environment is great! The nights here are very quiet. Our family sits on the balcony and enjoys this cool and comfortable night. It's so comfortable. I love this hotel👍

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

GGuest UserThe most surprising hotel I've ever booked! The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy city, and has convenient transportation nearby. The hotel corridors and rooms are large and comfortable, and the room configuration is first-class, with Dyson hair dryers, smart toilets, and coffee machines. The most important thing is that the hotel service is really very good. The staff are not only warm and thoughtful, but also very good-looking. I ordered takeout and the front desk staff took the initiative to remind me to note the room number and they would deliver it. Butler Sun provided very good service and was very enthusiastic. I look forward to staying here next time.

MM381618****Due to unforeseen circumstances, I chose the Yinchuan Wanda Realm Hotel, and it turned out to be exceptionally wonderful. The front desk service was very attentive, and a young man surnamed Su patiently introduced nearby attractions and affordable restaurants. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and tidy. They called in advance to inquire about my needs before check-in. I mentioned buckwheat pillows, and to my surprise, a buckwheat pillow had already been prepared and placed on the bed. There was also a handwritten note in the room, and extra water had been provided. Ms. Liu Xiaoqin was very thoughtful and valued the guest experience. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was decent. Initially, I was given a strangely shaped room with an awkward layout and no view. After they moved me to a different room, it was much better. The capsule coffee machine wasn't working at first. A staff member came to fix it, and while it started working, no coffee came out. It only worked after I changed the capsule. When the staff member came to fix the coffee machine, she knocked and I said 'wait a moment,' but she just opened the door and walked in. This definitely needs some training. Other than that, everything else was good, and the service response was very prompt. There's one minor issue: after every service request, customer service would call to follow up. Personally, I found this very redundant and disruptive. Shouldn't departments communicate internally to confirm if service has been delivered, instead of repeatedly bothering guests?

The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. GGuest UserWe were on a road trip with our elderly parents and kids, passing through Yinchuan, and chose to stay at the Shangkeyou Hotel near the Drum Tower. It was convenient for both parking and dining. The hotel was clean, and the environment was pleasant. We especially liked that the double-glazed windows provided good sound insulation. The lady at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming.
