Other recreational facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, table tennis and billiards rooms, sauna, foot massage and karaoke rooms. The hotel also offers free parking and Wi-Fi access in public areas.
A great stay at the Zhongshan Hot Springs Resort. The breakfast was excellent and even included western food like bacon and eggs and French toast. Coffee machine made perfect espresso every time. The business rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot springs were easily accessible and not too crowded during the weekday we stayed. The gym had free weights, but was hard to find and most of the machines were broken or couldn’t power up (no elliptical or bikes, but the treadmill worked). Staff was very polite and responsive. Some were able to communicate clearly in English, although Chinese is clearly the preferred language.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at Ador, and it was really good! The location is convenient, close to the pedestrian street, and there's a KTV right next door where you can sing for 4 hours for only ¥58! My room got upgraded and it was even bigger than places I've stayed in Hong Kong! The only downside was that the TV didn't have any Hong Kong channels, which was a bit of a shame. In the evening, it only took about ten minutes to walk to 'Bo Bo Dim'. Also, the breakfast was great, though the seating was a bit cramped. That's my only minor complaint.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel at a nice location. It is next to a shopping mall where you can find numerous eating places and almost everything else you need. There are aldo a good number of restaurants and spas and entertainment establishments across the streets on all sides.
Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is kept very tidy and clean. Free coffee and free laundry service at the reception level.
The only thing to complaint about is its slow Internet connection. Half a star may be deducted because of this but given all the other excellent features, I still give it a 5/5 rating.
In short, great value for the money!

Pros: The executive room was spacious enough, and the hotel is located right in a commercial area, so the location is great.
Cons: 1. The facilities are relatively basic. There's no coffee machine, no memory foam pillow options, and nowhere to put your phone near the toilet. 2. The executive lounge food was very poor. There's no afternoon tea (only drinks, un-cut fruit, and two types of cookies). The happy hour selection was limited, and the hot dishes were rudimentary. 3. The breakfast on the third floor was unremarkable, lacking any local specialties, and other offerings were just standard fare – only enough to fill you up.
Summary: Probably won't be returning.

The concert shuttle bus stop is right downstairs, and it's just outside Lihe Plaza, which is in the city center. The room was very comfortable with large windows providing great natural light, creating a pleasant environment. The decor style is attractive, and the facilities and equipment are very new and easy to use. The room was clean and hygienic, and the service was excellent.

Not only did they give me a detailed introduction to my room and the surrounding area, but just from hearing me mention I was there for tourism, they meticulously planned out a travel itinerary and recommended local Zhongshan delicacies. That's something I haven't experienced at other hotels. The room design and breakfast were surprisingly good, perfectly meeting the needs of a traveler like me. The cleanliness and service were impeccable in my opinion, making it a place I'd definitely consider staying at again. For me, a perfect trip always gets a boost from the hotel experience, and the front desk really delivered this time. I'll be back!

FFaiFai_2025The facility in rooms were really disappointed. When we went to the room (2019) after check-in, the water flushing in toilet was not working (no water). The technician came and investigated, then suggested we contact the customer service to change the room. So, they assigned another room (2015) to us. (Thank you for the quick response to us) After a quick check, we moved to this new room and settled down. However, when I wanted to have a shower after a whole day sightseeing, I found that the electronic curtain for the washroom window was not working! We were frustrated and exhausted that we did not call for help again.
I suggest the housekeeping team to check the facility in guest room properly to avoid such problems to happen again. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe bedding was brand new, very clean and tidy, with no hair on it. The hygiene was really good. The glass in the bathroom was bright and shiny, without any watermarks. It seemed that the hotel staff had cleaned it carefully. In terms of service, safety and cleanliness, it is really suitable for travelers!

Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself, which were taken when I checked in that day. Look at the pictures for the bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Disposable slippers are provided. Hotel decoration: Look at the pictures for yourself. Toilet: It is separated into dry and wet areas. Breakfast: It is self-service. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite considerate during my stay. The pictures of the hotel are consistent with the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.
