Zhongshan International Hotel

The staff were polite and efficient, offering attentive service. The cleaning crew did a great job maintaining hygiene. The front desk staff were particularly helpful to me. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around.

The hygiene was excellent, the environment was lovely, and it's very close to the pedestrian street. The front desk staff was incredibly enthusiastic and proactively upgraded our room type. The service staff on the twelfth floor were also warm and polite. This is a hotel with great value for money.

The location is great, very convenient for shopping or dining. The hotel exterior is beautiful, and the interior is just as lovely. The purple sweet potato juice at breakfast was particularly delicious. Overall, it's a pretty good stay.

We extended our stay for one night. This old hotel was very luxurious 30 years ago. The revolving restaurant on the top floor will still be revolving in 2026, and that's where breakfast is served. However, it's not for everyone; some of us get 'restaurant seasickness.' We couldn't possibly eat three breakfasts, which were included in our initial three-night booking. We tried to talk to the front desk manager about getting discount vouchers or something so we could eat at their downstairs restaurant instead. No! No! No! It felt like they refused everything they possibly could. They wouldn't even give us a single cage of char siu bao (BBQ pork buns)... I felt like the money for those three breakfasts was completely wasted.

Traveling to Zhongshan again, I chose Zhongshan International Hotel as always. The location is convenient, close to the pedestrian street, allowing me to enjoy the rich Spring Festival atmosphere. The service is excellent, and the breakfast at the revolving restaurant is fantastic!

Went to the front desk to ask about upgrading to a larger room with an additional charge, and this is what they called an executive suite. It's the first time I've ever seen a slightly larger room referred to as a suite. The room temperature never went above 19 degrees Celsius. The front desk staff were arrogant.
