I would like to compliment the following Westin hotel staffs shown below for the wonderful service provided to us during our stay in this hotel. Kindy Chai Raymond Chen Lena Yu All of three staffs had done an excellent service to make our hotel stay a memorable and special one. They are meticulous and dedicated in their job by making sure we are well taken of during our stay. Good job and kudos to all three staffs for making the extra mile doing more than what is required during our check in, checkout and club lounge. I am looking forward to our next stay next time !

Hotel is in very good location. Staffs are ao freind and helpful. Room condition is quite good too and bed is comfortable .

The room was tidy and pleasant! The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable, offering a variety of foods.

. This is the most technical advanced hotel I’ve been so far. All switches are on screen digital( but some how a bit troublesome to find the right mode). It’s also so attentive with free get-to-go coffee in the morning & free cute bottle of warm milk at night at the front desk. The room is big & airy & welcoming to have automatic curtains opened & closed when getting in & out the room & switch to turn open & close. The design slippers is unique & perfect for me with a discrete hole at the corner of the toes area so my toes can breath so still keeping warm & dry without too sweaty. There’s soothing music in the room once the shower being turned on( may be another control to turn music on for us to choose when we use the toilet) The design & style on the deco are very artistic especially the toilet seat & cups. The gentle blend of the Tv screen & the wall art also impressive. Just some tiny fault eg toilet roll holder is far too back for reaching, no bar towel holder for spread out for drying hand & bath towels in between using them. Hook is harder to dry when the towel gathered together. Almost perfect in very senses.

A very spacious room and a kind size bed way enough for two people. The room is quiet but the it’s a bit too hot even when we tried to turn down the temperature to 16 degrees. One major problem is water leakage. After showering, the water leaked into the toilet area and the bathroom, making puddles everywhere. Would consider staying here again if there are attractive offers.

Unexpectedly found Mingzuo Hotel is great and in good location of Zhongshan. The staff are polite and friendly. The price of the hotel room is not expensive and good for holidays and golfing.

We had a family trip to Zhongshan and decided to stay at the Crown Plaza Zhongshan Wing On City. The location made sense for us as we drove over from ZhuHai. Parking was easy and very accessible. Ms. Aria Ho at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly while helping us with check in. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was nice with various food choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
