Although there were many great aspects to this hotel, the first thing that must me mentioned is the location! It is only a block from the Drum Tower and also very close to the historic Jade Emperor Pavilion. If that isn't enough, it is also close to a pedestrian shopping street and many good restaurants. The front desk staff was very helpful and provided an excellent level of service.

We stayed here for 2 nights. On our arrival, we realised that the hotel is located just behind the Yuhuang Pavillion. It is also conveniently located near the popular pedestrian street in Yinchuan. The staffs are very helpful. From the receptionist, to the cleaner and the guard too. Everyone is kind and helpful. The room was cosy and clean. The bed, blanket and pillows are comfy. We had good sleep. The bathroom was clean. The prepared bathroom slippers for us to use. The laundry is on the 3rd floor. They prepared drying area too. I give this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the location, quality of service and comfort. I strongly recommend you to stay here.

The bathroom had state of the art facilities. The room was comfortable and well designed. Having a translucent window worked well for me as the room was quiet. The front office and housekeeping staff were competent and polite. Location is superb. It's on the corner of the Gulou Pedestrian Mall and Xinhua Road. Only the tinu lobby is on the ground floor and the exact entry is not evident. Look for the overhead crossing, the escalators and the Sony shop. There are many places to eat: on the mall, off the mall and all the small lanes.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I found the reception staff to be exceptionally friendly. Seeing that I had a child with me, they proactively upgraded me to a family room. The newly opened hotel didn't have any unpleasant smells. The front desk staff were all very friendly, and the housekeeping staff on each floor were also very attentive, even providing small toys in the room. The location is fantastic; after checking in, I went out for dinner and discovered that the hotel is right next to Gulou Pedestrian Street and across the street from Yinchuan Mall. A wonderful stay! 😁😁

We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

GGuest UserThe Chateau de Chateau de Chadolan is my favorite hotel on this trip to Ningxia! The entire hotel is surrounded by vineyards, and the Helan Mountains are majestic in the distance. It was so beautiful to watch the sunset at dinner in the restaurant👍. The room is warm and comfortable, with seats on the balcony. You can watch the stars at night and overlook the Helan Mountains in the morning. The winery brews its own wine, and the little sister takes the tour and explains, so that the little students can gain knowledge. The little housekeeper Guo Guo is thoughtful and caring, and the arrangements are very in place! Breakfast is booked in advance, there are many options, and it tastes very good. Dinner was booked with the little housekeeper one day in advance. The ingredients are fresh, taste good, and the quantity is sufficient. The dining environment is great! The nights here are very quiet. Our family sits on the balcony and enjoys this cool and comfortable night. It's so comfortable. I love this hotel👍

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

AAnonymous UserEnvironment: Located across from the Yinchuan Municipal Government, some rooms with a view offer a斜向 view of Helan Mountain. Yinchuan isn't a large city, so getting anywhere is very convenient.
Facilities: It's genuinely old. Even as we're about to pass 2025, you still see TVs with 20-year-old picture quality, and of course, no screen mirroring function. There are no convenient outlets by the bed for charging, and the front desk doesn't provide power strips, only a short 3-in-1 charging cable. The Wi-Fi signal is only one bar, and even when connected, it's unusable. There are no delivery robots; there's a locker downstairs for self-pickup. The diverter knob for switching between the overhead shower and handheld shower in the bathroom is almost broken. There's no smart toilet, not even a heated seat.
Service: Very good, excellent attitude.

GGuest UserThe most surprising hotel I've ever booked! The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy city, and has convenient transportation nearby. The hotel corridors and rooms are large and comfortable, and the room configuration is first-class, with Dyson hair dryers, smart toilets, and coffee machines. The most important thing is that the hotel service is really very good. The staff are not only warm and thoughtful, but also very good-looking. I ordered takeout and the front desk staff took the initiative to remind me to note the room number and they would deliver it. Butler Sun provided very good service and was very enthusiastic. I look forward to staying here next time.

MM381618****Due to unforeseen circumstances, I chose the Yinchuan Wanda Realm Hotel, and it turned out to be exceptionally wonderful. The front desk service was very attentive, and a young man surnamed Su patiently introduced nearby attractions and affordable restaurants. The location was convenient, and the room was clean and tidy. They called in advance to inquire about my needs before check-in. I mentioned buckwheat pillows, and to my surprise, a buckwheat pillow had already been prepared and placed on the bed. There was also a handwritten note in the room, and extra water had been provided. Ms. Liu Xiaoqin was very thoughtful and valued the guest experience. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel was decent. Initially, I was given a strangely shaped room with an awkward layout and no view. After they moved me to a different room, it was much better. The capsule coffee machine wasn't working at first. A staff member came to fix it, and while it started working, no coffee came out. It only worked after I changed the capsule. When the staff member came to fix the coffee machine, she knocked and I said 'wait a moment,' but she just opened the door and walked in. This definitely needs some training. Other than that, everything else was good, and the service response was very prompt. There's one minor issue: after every service request, customer service would call to follow up. Personally, I found this very redundant and disruptive. Shouldn't departments communicate internally to confirm if service has been delivered, instead of repeatedly bothering guests?

The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. ThumbsUp 👍
