Cleanliness: Very quick. Environment: Rooms are clean. Amenities: Complete. Service: From the front desk, the manager, to the air conditioner technician, everyone was very friendly. The front desk lady made coffee, and the technician even put a towel under the stool. The manager was very helpful and helpful. Overall, it was very good.

Best hotel in the world.💥 Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite. I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly! We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us! The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed. The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce). The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices. Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts. The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?! When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.” Truly love this hotel!

The room was clean and well-equipped. The staff were very enthusiastic, and the breakfast was abundant. They even have robots that deliver items promptly. The room was cleaned daily, and the housekeeping lady provided excellent service.

The front desk staff Xiao Wu provided good service and checked me in. The room was very clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The hotel environment was very good and parking was very convenient. I will stay here again next time I come to Nanchang

It has an incredible view, right on the canal across from the beautiful library. The location honestly couldn't be better. Right in the heart of everything. In walking distance of wonderful locals. But I reserve my biggest compliment for the staff. The front desk went beyond the call of duty. Bent over backwards to help me time and time again. I can't say enough! Even the cleaning staff, everyone was unbelievably cheerful. A fantastic city, worth the visit. And I definitely would stay there again.

Nice location near to bustling shopping street areas with plenty good food options. Hotel is located in a quiet alley but is a safe area. Good big room size and comfortable. For the price and value, i would return to it for practical reasons.

The lobster restaurant and barbecue restaurant next to it are both very good, and it's also right next to Dream Mall, which is really great. I recommend staying here. The front desk is also very quick to resolve issues without delay. The restaurant next to it is also very good, and the Gan Canteen is quite good. The fresh meat pie on this street is absolutely amazing, very delicious, highly recommended.

I stayed here from yesterday to today and had a really pleasant experience. The front desk staff were kind, welcoming, and made check-in smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared, and housekeeping clearly did a great job. Even though it was just a short stay, the staff’s friendliness and professionalism made it memorable. I’d be happy to stay here again.
