Excellent, very comfortable, and top-notch service. My friend got injured, and the front desk even helped treat the wound. Sometimes, the front desk staff also offered us water and even helped iron clothes.

This hotel is super close to West Station, just a few minutes' walk away. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, are all incredibly friendly and always greet you – the service is absolutely top-notch! I was here with a friend for a concert, and it was super convenient, just two subway stops from the Sports Center. The breakfast was pretty good too. Plus, I really liked that the shower gel and shampoo smelled great, and they even provided conditioner, which is a nice touch. Overall, very satisfied!

The room was very clean, soundproofed really well, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be back.
