The front desk is lacking a smile and warm service, my shower room is wet all the time, The hotel carpet needs a good steam cleaning all over. breakfast is so so but I enjoyed the restaurant lunch. Smoking or not need to enforce air quality

五星級的酒店大堂，然後一切是快捷的硬件跟服務。入住前台。推來推去臉上沒有笑的元素。酒店房間的質感。充斥着一切能形容的廉價。不知道跟五星有什麼關係，整體就是一個快捷酒店的感覺。隔音就感覺房間之間是用了膠合板隔斷開了隔壁打電話在房間聽的清清楚楚。樓上租客在房間裏跑來跑去，應該是小孩子。也聽的清清楚楚。走廊裏人大呼小叫。也聽的清清楚楚。入住的時候房間裡邊兒有異味，然後要了那個空氣凈化器，然後説他們沒有這種設備。 啊，酒店連一個像樣的禮賓部也沒有，衹有保安。 早餐是我吃過的，五星酒店裡邊最low的了。 入住的水果是個爛的蘋果，不知道為什麼是故意給我提供素材吐槽嗎？唯一的亮點是電視的清晰度很高。直播電視台的直播是住過的酒店裡麪算是可以算的好的了。

浴室門和廁所門非常危險，穿着鞋子也被劃傷了，馬上爆血，跟前台反映，前台的第一句問：門沒有保護嗎？怎麼會劃傷？
然後就沒有了，也沒有給我們止血貼
我們問前台拿衣架，等了一個小時還沒送到，打電話去前台，前台説：客房沒那麼多衣架。
然後我們表示有多少個給多少吧，我們需要晾起幾件衣服，後來客房阿姨送來了，態度非常差，全程黑臉
