A wonderful hotel! Very well-equipped with a great design. The hotel is new, so a couple of small things were missing in the room: a soap dish, an ottoman, and a panel with hooks by the entrance. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The mattresses were very comfortable, the towels were high quality, and it was clean. I really liked the decor on the ground floor; there was always a fresh bouquet of roses at the reception, and it smelled amazing!

I stayed in this hotel for a week, extending my stay twice, more than some other guests, so I can tell you everything based on the facts. I really liked the hotel, first of all, because everything is new and clean, just the way I like it. White towels, robes, bed linen, everything without yellowing or stains. Newly renovated, the air conditioner works well, there is a pool where you can lie down and sunbathe in hot weather. The managers are friendly, helpful, a transfer from the airport was provided, where they met us with a rose and took us to the hotel, it was very nice) Cons: there was not enough classic breakfast - pancakes and oatmeal, as well as regular scrambled eggs and a coffee machine so that you could drink cappuccino or at least Americano, only instant coffee was offered. This was very surprising, since I expected to try real Armenian coffee. There were boiled eggs, this is a plus, I think. I couldn't set up the TV to watch, but the WiFi was excellent, I could easily conduct online meetings, I watched everything I wanted on my computer myself. There is a 24-hour store nearby and most importantly - the Topaz tavern, where they have the most delicious khinkali, that's for sure!) Overall, I recommend the hotel to anyone with high requirements for the environment, cleanliness, and repair.

GGuest UserI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

the only bad thing - common area is available for guests 24/7, which is cool for people who want to eat at night but terrible for everyone else. i accept noise at hostels, it's normal when there're many people sharing the space but this time it was something special, i always sleep well and still i woke up several times, there's no barrier between the room and the kitchen so all the noise can be heard perfectly.
in general the hostel is not really cozy and lacks the vibe of the hostel, it's more formal, which is okay for sleeping but doesn't create any memory beyond that.

BBasharJust checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated.
The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need.
The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building.
This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia.

الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد.
الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى.
أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

The hotel facilities are complete, the lobby is spacious, the room size is decent, there is mineral water, and the breakfast is rich. The front desk staff is kind, warm and friendly. The hotel is cost-effective. We stayed for 4 consecutive nights from September 27 to October 1. It is recommended to stay.

Primer Hotel in Yerevan was an amazing budget hotel and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, warm, and very comfortable, and cleaning was done daily, which we really appreciated.
We received a free bottle of water every day, and there was also a free water dispenser downstairs where you could refill anytime. The hotel truly had everything you need, and honestly, even more than expected for the price. The value for money is outstanding.
The breakfast was very good with lots of food, fruits, tea, coffee, desserts like cakes, and many tasty options. It was more than enough, but the only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety, such as cold cuts or additional dishes.
The staff was amazing—very kind, helpful, and welcoming. The heating in the room was excellent, which made our stay extra comfortable.
The hotel is very well situated, close to bus stops, making it easy to get to the city center, Mega Mall, and other parts of Yerevan.
Overall, I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. An awesome place at an awesome price!

Pros: The location is fantastic! It's close to the Cascade and Republic Square. I also noticed a supermarket and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.
The bed was quite comfortable, the outlets worked, and the shower was clean. For the price, everything was decent. Keep in mind that the hostel is on the 5th floor, and you'll need to use the stairs.
The men at the reception were welcoming; they calmly and kindly showed me everything and explained it all.

The hotel has only recently opened, and you can really feel it — everything is absolutely new, clean, and fresh, from the rooms to the common areas. The rooms feel modern, comfortable, and well maintained, which makes the stay especially pleasant.
The location may be slightly debatable depending on what you are looking for. It is still very central and within walking distance of basically every major point in the city, but perhaps a little farther from the main walking and leisure areas compared to some other central hotels. That said, this is Yerevan — “far” here means around a 10-minute walk, so it is all very relative.
What really stood out was the staff and service. Everyone was extremely welcoming, attentive, and genuinely willing to accommodate guests in every possible way. They truly try to help and make the stay comfortable.
Overall, a very pleasant impression and a hotel I would definitely consider staying at again.
