When ever we come from India our go to hotel is Inn and go. The only hotel in the kuwait city where there give option of kitchen for long staying guests. Room and the bed are so comfortable, but with television channels are limited. Maintenance staff is amazing especially a wonderful lady whose name is Charis.. who takes care of the guests. Inn and go staff should be proud to have an amazing resource like Charis. I am not a fan of this hotel's free breakfast no uniqueness. Overall this hotel is a good option if you want to stay in the city for long term.

I stayed in the hotel for 14 days. My stay was very memorable and a real value for money. I can say my stay was better than any five star hotel. The room was always neat and tidy with a beautiful view of the city. Over and above, received excellent hospitality with a very friendly and smiling staff. Breakfast used to be healthy and at the same time very yummy and delicious. The hotel also had a very lavish and well equipped gym. Kudos to the staff who were very prompt and responsive with special mention of Jovlynn who was simply outstanding

Visited Kuwait for the second time and stayed at IBIS in Sharjah. The hotel is in the heart of Kuwait. The business hotel is very good, the room is suitable for one person, clean and tidy, and the city mattress is a little soft for me. The hotel's front desk service is enthusiastic and will take the initiative to give you a power converter. There are many small supermarkets around the hotel. There are many places to eat. It is easy and very convenient to take a taxi outside the hotel. Next time I go to Kuwait, I will definitely stay again.

I traveled to Kuwait for business, but was not given the choice of hotel because all other participants were there. I now know why they were. After a 17 km ride from the airport (making it the closest), I arrived at a modern, well-run establishment. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant. It was not too efficient, however. Although they asked for my passport (as is standard practice), the front desk failed to make a copy (delaying checkout). The front desk exchange rate was 6% off the market … which you will have to monitor when submitting an expense report. The facility is modern, well-appointed, and has a 24-hour gym and swimming pool. The location is a bit remote from restaurants, so the internal restaurant is the only real option. There is a buffet and a traditional dining room; there is an Italian restaurant attached. I tried the buffet. It is a flat-rate 17AED, or about $59 - 60USD, a bit high for a buffet. The selection was varied … Western, Arabic, and Indian dishes were all available. The roast beef for dinner was very well-prepared; the hamour (fish) at lunch was overdone and dry. So, in conclusion, this is a nice facility and convenient for business. I will stay again when I am in Kuwait.

I spent more than a month at the Residence Inn Kuwait City and it was a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet was incredible. They had the standard US fair of eggs, waffles, pancakes, breads and cheeses but then also had Arabic food that was oh so good. Fresh hummus, tabouleh, arabic bread. Wonderful eggs to order, sausages and bacon ( chicken or beef). The bread was made fresh every morning. I ate so much and was so happy. Alaa and Rashid were always pleasant and helpful. Alaa would make my coffee before I got back to thd table. Alaa was always so attentive with his team and Rashid would get you whatever you needed. The breakfast was the best! The rooms are very nice too. Big beds with fluffy pillows. A great view of the Kuwaiti Towers. The bathroom is huge and I love the layout. The shower is nice and big. A wonderful hotel and I look forward to going back. I highly recommend it.

Amazing Hotel would be an understatement! The Service on both of stays was exceptional, personalised and genuine. This is Sheraton at its best. Fantastic Marriott Bonvoy recognition from the airport pickup, right through to in-room checkin and an amazing upgrade to a Suite. The beds and bed linen is 11/10 and I hope they retain the same quality post renovation. Whilst the gym is dated. It's well maintained and very clean. They use very high quality Belgari bath amenities. The breakfast was exceptional; and had a great vegetarian selection and the service was top notch. I love the classical and grand feel of this hotel and would highly recommended this to anyone visiting Kuwait.

I recommend this hotel for transit (KD8 from airport, KD7 from hotel to airport using hotel transport) or if you have a car provided you pay less than $100 per night. The biggest downside with the hotel is the location -- absolutely nothing around save for private clinics and pharmacies with a smattering of local fast food joints and cold stores. Very dirty as well if you go to Arabian Gulf highway and turn left. No place to change money except at the hotel. Inside the hotel by the elevator banks is an NBK ATM. (A branch of the bank is currently under construction adjacent to the hotel.) ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OF TOURISTIC VALUE IN THE HOTEL ENVIRONS -- completely shambolic. Must be a result of cuts to the public works budget. Horrible for pedestrians. Recommend hiking boots -- as your trainers, at least in the winter when it can be rainy, will become utterly filthy. Two pedestrian overpasses over the autobahn are closed as of the time of this review so, if you want to go dine at Johnny Carino's, be prepared to run across to the median dodging Kuwaiti would-be Shumachers on the way. There is on the safe side of the highway one place called Shalweet (an Arabic take on Shall We Eat) and one lit up place called Lubnaan. Otherwise, nothing doing. Recommend going right out of the hotel entrance crossing over to a barber shop going left to the corner and then right, where these is a pedestrian overpass (over another highway) that can take you over to Amman Avenue then to Baghdad avenue (perpendicular to Amman avenue) where there are some dining venues from which to choose. What can I way about the room? Obtained two rooms in one: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a sofa-bed. The frig I moved into the room with the sofa-bed as the frig, while it worked well in its chilling capacity, unfortunately was quite noisy and disturbed my sleep. Funny thing is that the frig comes with a key, which I had to ask for, requesting as well that the drinks inside be removed. Pervading the room was an intermittent strange swishing noise, I suppose it was the central aircon, made me think that it was raining when in fact it was bone dry outside - also a kind of annoying sound. Prayer call is also quite loud at 4am. Recommend earplugs if, in particular, you face the mosque. I had a room on the 13th floor. However, there was noting really of note to see at that height from that room at least. I would have preferred dark drapes to block the sun rather than the light colored blinds being used. I needed to wear my blindfolds. Pillows were too thin and not fluffy. Bed was slightly firmer than I would have preferred. I didn't sample breakfast. I brought my electric hotplate and my turka to make turkish coffee and my juicer to make fresh oranges. (I brought the coffee from Turkey but the oranges from a cold store near the hotel.) I would award four tripadviser stars for transit and for use as a motel but only two tripadviser stars for tourism (where you wo
