We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is new, comfortable, and we had a pleasant overall experience. A special thanks to the Egyptian gentleman at the reception, who was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. In contrast, the receptionist lady was not as friendly or welcoming. One area for improvement would be housekeeping. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and towels. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider visiting again.

The soundproofing in the rooms is poor. There was a lot of noise from the cleaning staff leaving doors open while cleaning adjacent rooms early in the morning. We explained the issue to the front desk manager, and they offered us a late checkout to compensate.

Simple hotel with nice room and good breakfast. Small gym and small outdoor pool. Helpful front desk. Some dining options nearby. In house coffee shop. A nice touch is that they bring fresh baked flat bread at breakfast to your table.

Modern hotel with good amenities and location is great, it's in the hotel area of Kuwait. I've used the gym during my stay, it's not the best one but has everything needed to keep up during the stay.
