The hotel's location is terrible and the cleanliness is awful. I booked two nights and it turned out to be a complete mess. The place was full of workers, and I couldn't cancel my reservation. My money's gone. Neither the app nor the hotel is responding to me. The Egyptian receptionist's attitude was extremely bad.

Great location in the heart of Kuwait City, making it very convenient for getting around. You would need to take a taxi or car to get to the Mall 360 or Avenues. Directly oppersite this hotel is the old Market, open till 10ish. You can buy everything & anything here. A great experience of the Kuwaity culture. The staff & the night manager was especially friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference to my stay. I opted for a room-only rate as breakfast wasn’t necessary for me, and it suited my needs perfectly. This hotel is ideal if you’re looking for a good, basic place to stay in Kuwait. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the towels were soft and fluffy — always a nice touch. The bed was made everyday. Water, tea & coffe was provided everyday. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit tired and could use some updating. Overall, a solid choice for a simple and comfortable stay.
