"I had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss-Bel Boutique Hotel for just one night, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and genuine hospitality of staff. The room was impeccably clean, stylishly designed, and offered a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the elegant bathroom amenities, reflected a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and recharge after a long day. The location is excellent centrally situated yet pleasantly quiet offering easy access to many of Kuwait City’s key attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, beaches and business hubs. It’s ideal whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. Although my stay was short, the Swiss-Bel Boutique Hotel left a lasting impression. It combines 5 star service with the warmth of a boutique atmosphere a rare and wonderful combination. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait City, and I’m looking forward to returning for my next visit to Kuwait in the near future."

"Our stay at Residence Inn Kuwait City was absolutely outstanding. The hotel is perfectly located in a very central area, making it extremely convenient to get around Kuwait. The rooms were exceptionally clean, very spacious, and extremely comfortable. You can truly feel that every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of—nothing was missing, and everything was designed to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was delicious and of very high quality. A special thanks to Chef Ali, who was incredibly kind and involved. He went out of his way to prepare special dishes and made sure everything was perfect, which really made our mornings extra special. The staff truly deserves all the praise. From the lobby team to the reception staff, every single person was super, super kind, warm, and welcoming. They were genuinely involved, always thinking along with us and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly cared for. As a wonderful final touch, we were even offered a free taxi to the airport. Our driver, Mohammed Riyaz, was extremely friendly and professional, which was the perfect ending to our stay. This hotel is an absolute must if you are staying in Kuwait. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!"

"Everything is good, food, accommodation and transportation are all very good. The surrounding environment, how should I say, is still very different from that in China. However, you are in Kuwait, so there is no need to compare it with China. There is no comparison. Basically, the environment in Kuwait, hey, you will know it after you come and see it. Relatively speaking, it is quiet and comfortable here, because after all, it is an early house with complete facilities. It is better and less modern. I recommend the gym, sweat steam and dry steam on the 23rd floor. The swimming pool is too small to go there. It is all on the 23rd floor."

"Fairly new hotel in good condition. The room is relatively small, but good for a 3* hotel (with a refrigerator). Large shower. Air conditioning is quite loud, but helps drown out the two construction sites to the right and left of the hotel, so I was able to sleep well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was okay for surfing, but too slow for uploading pictures to Instagram. Breakfast was simple, but as I said, it is a 3* hotel. There is a mini pool on the first floor with two loungers on the terrace and three loungers inside. 400m away is a large shopping center with a good selection of food. The nearest hypermarket (Monoprix) is 800m away. Bus 507 (0.25 KD, taxi 2.5 KD) takes you to Avenues Mall. A taxi to the airport was 5 KD."

"This apartment hotel was lovely from the first moment we walked in greeted with amazing service from all of the employees. Easy check-in process and it was wonderful that it was connected to the mall. I would definitely recommend especially for great service."
