"We stayed at this hotel for one night and chose the largest room for a couple – the executive room. The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. However, for a room of this caliber, it was very old. The plumbing and floors were dirty, and the bed linen had stains. The room desperately needs renovation and a deep clean. We understand that cleanliness standards in Asia can be different, but this was genuinely unpleasant. You could clearly hear people using the toilet in the next room, and from 4 AM onwards, there were various noises that made it impossible to sleep – construction, barking dogs, and car horns. On top of that, groups of locals were walking around late at night, trying to take pictures at the nearby attraction. The only positive is the location. If you want to get a good night's sleep, choose another hotel."

"We stay here on our last day in Dalat and I must say this was worth the trip. And since it's our last day we decided to enjoy and relax (hence, we didn't take much photos). The afternoon tea time was warm and cozy, with the banana dessert - chè chuối, artichoke tea and some other treats. We slept through turn down service time and the staff waited to give us the dessert. The breakfast was even better. They actually dragged the time a bit more for people coming down a bit late. We only managed to capture this beautiful view from the room. We will definitely come back."

"Beautiful resort with a stunning lake view and very peaceful surroundings. Perfect for couples who want to relax and unwind. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Loved the quiet atmosphere and nature vibes. A great place to slow down and enjoy quality time together. ❤️"

"Location is quiet and in Dalat Golf Valley which is also near to Dalat City Center. Room is spacious. Htel rental for motobike is cheap at VND110k/day. There is lounge area for eating and drinking which used to be the coffee area. A comfortable stay."

"The water pressure in the room would periodically cut out, making it inconvenient to shower sometimes. It was also chilly in the room at night. We asked for a heater, but the hotel said they didn't have any. We were freezing. The hairdryer in the room didn't work! That's a real problem for women, as you can't dry your hair. The rooms in the hotel are spacious. There's a train station not far from the hotel, so you can take a train to a nearby city. Beautiful trains and beautiful views."

Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort."
