"Do not book the standard rooms the cleanliness of the bathrooms is terrible. I complained and a day later they moved me to a superior room which was much nicer. Book a superior room. Staff were friendly. Resort it self is lovely right on the beach. On the main ***** of restaurants and bars. 3 min walk to lamai night market. Overall decent place to stay. beautiful beach. It is just. Watersports activities available."

"Great location and easily walkable to lamai market or to nearby cafes and shops. The live band from lamai market can be heard from the rooms so if you are a light sleeper this may be a problem. The floor manager goes around to check on guests during morning breakfast and we appreciated this gesture. The AC in our room was leaking and she immediately sent someone to check on it. It never got fixed as it kept leaking every night again but it was ok and we werent very bothered by it. The mattresses need a change asap as the depressions were too obvious. I would request also for better lighting or at least the option to brighten the lights should we wish in the room. The hallway resort lights were also too dim making it a little dangerous at night as there were many steep steps and curbs. For the accessibility and staff i would stay here again"

"I lived in a very basic house but it was nice and clean. Bed and pillows were comfy, air con was good and silent. Due to tiny size of room there is a problem with outlets. Great seaview from most bungalows. There is a strong lowtide in the summer, so the water goes away pretty far. You will not be able to use hotels beach, but very beautiful coral beach is about 15 min walking distance."

"Overall, this hotel is very good. From the moment we walked in, the staff asked us to beat a drum at the entrance, symbolizing good luck. While waiting to check in, they gave us blessing ropes, showing the hotel's thoughtful touches. The staff were very service-oriented, especially one girl with a very kind smile. She often waved us off as we left and waited until we got into the car, which was incredibly heartwarming. The style and facilities of the hotel room were excellent. It had a courtyard-style balcony, and the bathroom was quite large with a good-sized soaking tub; it was generally very comfortable. However, all the rooms we booked were on the second floor, which was inconvenient for the elderly in our group due to daily stairs. Moreover, on our first day, the room below us was a pool access room, and they were noisy from the afternoon until past midnight. I called the front desk to complain at 9 PM, and they immediately sent staff to address it, but the noise started up again later. Closer to midnight, I messaged Trip.com to communicate the issue. The next day, a staff member found me during breakfast to apologize for the behavior of the guests downstairs and offered to change our room to a different type that day. I was very satisfied with the hotel's ability to resolve problems. If you need anything at the hotel, you can call the front desk at any time, including requesting a buggy to the restaurant and beach. The hotel property has many slopes, and it's quite hot, so walking isn't ideal. The beach is beautiful, and there are many free water activities. My child spent one day kayaking and another day paddleboarding. The hotel's breakfast was a semi-buffet, semi-à la carte style. The variety wasn't small, but the overall quality was average."

"Wonderful hotel! Spacious rooms for every taste and budget. We stayed in the simplest room, but it was still large with a huge balcony. The location is excellent – right on Lamai's main street, yet only a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are two swimming pools and ample parking. Breakfasts were quite varied. However, we visited during the low season, and the hotel was only 15-20% occupied, so there was plenty for everyone. I highly recommend it."

The beach is cleaned regularly, though the sea was a bit murky and gets deep quickly. The pool is large and clean. Breakfasts vary daily with a wide selection of dishes, buffet-style. It's 1.5 km to the night market. The staff is attentive; they even gave us a breakfast lunchbox when we checked out early in the morning. A bus takes guests to central locations every day, but you'll need to find your own way back. The property is gated and secure. We recommend it to anyone looking to quietly enjoy beauty, tranquility, and comfort away from the hustle and bustle."
