The pilates reformers are brand new and the gym space generally is clean and modern and well designed. All equipment is new! The breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. "We were very upset just now when we were evicted from the room. We have arrived. It turned out to be a mess with cocktails, which we were treated (free of charge) by the staff at check-in. On February 12 at 15.00 we came to the reception - we were told: sorry! Your room is not ready yet. Could we treat you to cocktails at the bar, and you could wait another 30 minutes while your room is cleaned?” We were very tired, but we agreed to it! A girl went to the bar with us and gave the restaurant employee 2 coupons. He took it and showed us what exactly we can order with these coupons, and what not. We didn't argue either, we just agreed. After waiting 35 minutes, they brought us the bill. We signed it and went to the reception. But! At the eviction, when a taxi had already arrived for us, we were asked to pay this bill. I explained everything to the girl at the reception. She called somewhere for a long time and found out. I stood for 10 minutes. I explained to her about the taxi, ferry and plane! We're late. We really liked this hotel, but this mistake was not good. Ivan Vilchinsky."

"Overall, I'm very dissatisfied. I booked this hotel based on good reviews, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment! I stayed for 3 nights, gritting my teeth the whole time! At 2 AM, the bar next door was incredibly loud. The total price was almost 3,000 per night, which leads me to one conclusion: the overall living experience didn't match the price or the hotel's star rating. You'll understand better just by looking at the pictures, so I won't say more. The hotel's breakfast offered a variety of dishes, but the quality of the ingredients wasn't good. The sausages tasted more like flour than meat, and all the juices were just drinks, no fresh squeezed options. The fruit wasn't great either. Overall, both the food ingredients and drinks were poor, and the hygiene was terrible, especially in the breakfast restaurant – the floor was filthy! I was speechless when I saw the hotel's loungers and bath towels! This is absolutely not the quality you'd expect from a hotel at this price point. This experience has really driven home the fact that when booking a hotel, it's better to stick with well-known, established brands; they tend to have higher standards and deliver better service and quality!"
