The pilates reformers are brand new and the gym space generally is clean and modern and well designed. All equipment is new! The breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. I’d highly recommend staying here."

The infinity pool is wonderful, but the sun loungers are very uncomfortable. The hotel is located on Maenam Beach, and there are many rocks when entering the sea. To swim in the ocean, you need to walk along the beach. The nearest shop is a 10-minute walk away. Smoking is not allowed on balconies; the smoking area is located near the bar."

"The hotel is good for young families. I went with my elderly parents, so it was difficult for them to move around, due to there being many steps everywhere. The service staff is generally very good, and the food is good too. Now for the areas of improvement: 1) On our first day at the beach, there was some miscommunication with a server. We asked for a drinks menu and it took him 20 mins to get it to us, so in the meantime, we decided what we want to get. When he finally came to us and we have him the order, he got upset that we didn't even look at the menu. After that, he got the order wrong. This wasn't entirely his fault, there was a genuine miscommunication, but again, he was very rude to my father about it. Then he started rolling his eyes and shaking his head at my dad. Who is 81 by the way. Luckily, the other days, we had different staff helping us and they were wonderful. 2) Housekeeping: Not the best. The room was quite dusty. Floor was quite sandy too. Tip: Ask for sea facing rooms. The other rooms are a little darker and the ground floor rooms can occasionally have a drainage smell, as the drain system is right outside the room."

"Overall, I'm very dissatisfied. I booked this hotel based on good reviews, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment! I stayed for 3 nights, gritting my teeth the whole time! At 2 AM, the bar next door was incredibly loud. The total price was almost 3,000 per night, which leads me to one conclusion: the overall living experience didn't match the price or the hotel's star rating. You'll understand better just by looking at the pictures, so I won't say more. The hotel's breakfast offered a variety of dishes, but the quality of the ingredients wasn't good. The sausages tasted more like flour than meat, and all the juices were just drinks, no fresh squeezed options. The fruit wasn't great either. Overall, both the food ingredients and drinks were poor, and the hygiene was terrible, especially in the breakfast restaurant – the floor was filthy! I was speechless when I saw the hotel's loungers and bath towels! This is absolutely not the quality you'd expect from a hotel at this price point. This experience has really driven home the fact that when booking a hotel, it's better to stick with well-known, established brands; they tend to have higher standards and deliver better service and quality!"
