"This is the best hotel in the area. It's equipped with air conditioning, and there was plenty of space for three adults and one child. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff, Xiao Cui and Xiao Yan, were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The first time we came to view the rooms, they gave us a thorough introduction and were very friendly, even though we hadn't booked yet. After checking out a few other places, we decided to come back and check in. Xiao Cui and Xiao Yan even helped us upgrade to a multi-window family room with a fantastic river view. They also provided extra adult breakfasts and anticipated all our needs for amenities. Their attitude was both professional and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent, surprisingly including Shanghai kao fu (braised wheat gluten), which I appreciated as it seems they considered the preferences of southern tourists. Overall, everything was great, and we extended our stay without any issues. The only minor point is that being a new hotel, there was a slight renovation smell, but it was fine after opening the windows for ventilation."

"The room was very clean, and all the towels were disposable, which was super convenient. The owner saw that our booked room wouldn't accommodate a family of three, so she upgraded us to a better room for free. We arrived very late, and our child was hungry and we hadn't brought any food. Her daughter even gave us a cup of instant noodles – truly a beautiful soul with a kind heart! She was also incredibly warm and hospitable."
