I only saw the aurora because I booked this hotel! When I looked up from the bridge leading to the hotel, everything around me was a bit bright. At first, I thought it was light pollution, but then I noticed several taxi drivers getting out to film it. It wasn't until many locals came over to look and take pictures that we realized it was the aurora. If I had stayed at a different hotel, I probably wouldn't have seen it. The room was large, and the bathroom was nice. The wooden decorations looked a bit old-fashioned in photos, but they weren't at all. There was also a cat and a dog. The owner didn't actively solicit good reviews; this is entirely a subjective assessment.

First of all, there's no forced spending, it's a pure, no-nonsense experience, which makes me feel especially at ease. You can leisurely stroll through Pingyao Ancient City; the old streets and houses are incredibly charming and photogenic. There's no rush at all, making this tour perfect for families with elderly members and children. The only downside is that you'll need to rent an audio guide near the scenic area if you want a commentary, but overall, it's quite cost-effective. Highly recommended! (*^∀^)

”Don't judge a book by its cover.” This saying is truly accurate to the houses in the village. They appear to transport you back to a time when homes were constructed with simple materials. The outside really showed the actual village style from a long time ago; however, what was more interesting was the modernization of the interior designs inside the house. The Arctic Village definitely reminded me of the simplicity of earlier eras. Moreover, people there were really nice. And to auntie and uncle, who were the best hosts, thank you so much for your kindness. I really appreciate the bbq and the experience of eating breakfast with the Chinese people. The owner was very kind; he picked us up from the bus station and drove us to buy tickets when we left. The room was really clean, and knowing we were sensitive to the cold, he arranged the warmest room for us. It had underfloor heating, and the toilet was heated and fully automatic. We heard there was an aurora borealis, and the owner said he would definitely let us know if it happened and would take us there, so we wouldn't have to wait there freezing. He was very considerate throughout the trip, even telling us where to go and recommending restaurants. Most importantly, they offer free water-to-ice water-splashing service, and you can do it for as long as you want, right in the hotel's backyard.

I absolutely love this guesthouse! It's clean, comfortable, and they thoughtfully provide disposable toiletries for guests. The decor makes it feel like you're staying in a cabin abroad. The breakfast is delicious too. There's even a little courtyard outside the guesthouse that's perfect for photos, you can even try the 'splashing water into ice' trick there. I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😊

The villa is immaculately clean and tidy, a perfect place to stay with children. Spread over two floors, it has three separate bedrooms, including one with a tea room—it's truly a delightful experience. Beyond the amenities, the host is incredibly kind! The young man was incredibly welcoming and immediately available to help with any questions we had. He even offered free transportation—so warm and friendly! He even took us on a tour, letting us learn about the local customs and culture. Our trip to the Arctic Village was truly worthwhile because of our stay here! Facilities: The room was fully implemented, but there was a problem with the water heater on the day of check-in. We had people who were stuck in the bathroom for about 20 minutes. Hygienic: Hygiene and clean, the small black spots on the sheets are normal phenomena, which is caused by the material of the sheets. I have verified it with the boss in person. Environment: The village center in the small courtyard is not far away, about 7 or 8 minutes walk, next to the river, it is very convenient to go down to play, the environment is good, and the night is very beautiful Service: The boss also arranged for people to pick up the station in Mohe, and contacted the carpool back and forth, leaving a lot of money and trouble. And I contacted me soon when there was a problem with the water heater. Although the person was not in the Arctic Village, he was very thoughtful. The store owner also actively helped solve it. However, on the second day of breakfast, I don't know who charged 50 yuan for breakfast to my companion. We live for 4 people, and the room is clearly marked that 4 people can stay. The reason for his charge is that four people stay in a two-person room and two more breakfast money. But why not ask the person who booked the room when checking in to explain the situation, but charge others in the same group the next day, and don't know what person charged this money, management is so chaotic? If you say it in advance, just charge the money. The proprietress is very enthusiastic, the service is very good, it is worth staying. But these two things made my stay experience very poor. Maybe I am an example and recommend staying.

The bedding was neat and odorless, there was no clutter on the tables or floor, and even the smallest details in the corners were meticulously maintained. This cleanliness wasn't a forced orderliness, but rather a comfortable ease that instantly melted away much of my travel fatigue. What truly touched me was the human warmth here. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and genuine, taking the initiative to chat with us about travel routes in Beiji Village, sharing aurora forecasts, and offering photography tips. The hotel even provided free hot water and ladles, allowing us to experience the fun of 'splashing water into ice.' Everyone else at the hotel was also very friendly. Occasionally, when chatting with other travelers in the common area, the feeling of being strangers vanished instantly. In the biting cold winds of the far north, 'Motorcycle Enthusiast Home' wasn't just a clean and comfortable place to stay; it fulfilled my passion for motorcycling and allowed me to experience an unexpected warmth.

Location: The hotel’s location was ideal, situated just a few minutes from major attractions and restaurants. It was easy to access the highway, making it simple to drive to nearby sights. Overall Experience: For the price and the amenities offered, the hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect spot for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank. I would definitely stay here again!

I came here once last year and this is my second time. The receptionist is very friendly and there is a very cute dog. The room is very clean, the floor heating is very warm, the hot water is very large and fast, and the house is in the style of a wooden house, which makes people feel very comfortable.
