This is a relatively good hotel in Mohe County. We were upgraded to the largest suite. The room was very large, the heating was comfortable, and it was relatively clean. It is said to be a government reception hotel.

This hotel is not the most expensive hotel I have stayed in for half a month. The service is particularly good. We booked 5 rooms on Trip.com. The front desk directly gave a free room upgrade. The room can reach at least four stars. The breakfast is very rich, but it is not insulated, and the night is cold. We ordered dinner in the restaurant and it tasted good. We renewed our reservation for another night and the special iron pot stew in the hotel's own farmyard was also very good. In the evening, I also found a massager health massage, unblocking the bones and bones, and relieve the fatigue of the boat and car for a few days. The massager is very professional.

The hotel is located on Mokou Old Street. The owner has developed a comprehensive mixed-use complex encompassing lodging, dining, entertainment, and tourism, complete with a Mohe County Yamen, a food street, and various bars. It's set for a grand opening soon. The overall planning and design are quite impressive; it's clear the owner has invested heavily and put in a great deal of effort. However, the attention to detail is severely lacking. For instance, the shower stall was leaking. While they advertise a laundry room, there was no detergent, and the room itself was tucked away in an obscure corner, piled high with the hotel's soiled linens – a stark contrast to the well-maintained laundry facilities at chain hotels like Atour or Hanting. The service staff appeared undertrained. At breakfast, the plates were wet, and there wasn't much appealing food available. I took two eggs, but a staff member immediately stopped me, stating only one egg per person. This kind of restriction is frankly unacceptable for a hotel priced at over 400 RMB. For lunch, I ordered the 'Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms' and found it to be predominantly chicken necks. To top it off, there were flies buzzing around in the dining area. I truly hope the owner dedicates more effort to improving service quality, beyond just the significant investment in hardware. I had originally planned to stay for several more days, but the poor service truly put me off. I ended up checking out after just one night.

The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was clean and comfortable, the whole house was heated in the cold weather in the north, the hot water was constant throughout the day, the infrastructure was well maintained, and the WiFi was smooth throughout the whole process. The front desk service was particularly warm, and took the initiative to explain to us the various check-in points in the village, provide free play guides, and have problems on call. The location of the hotel is unique, and the sightseeing station and the northernmost post office are just outside, saving a lot of time for travel. The store environment is quiet and clean, the parking area is spacious, and the health, service, hardware, and location are all impeccable. It should be a good hotel in Arctic Village, but it is only suitable for self-driving guests. It is at least 3 kilometers away from the village. Arctic Village will give away sightseeing tickets directly after July 25th, just buy the tickets. The room is very spacious and the overall size is pretty good. However, the facilities are relatively old, the toilet floor leaks, and there are a lot of minors. . . . Buffet breakfast is better than nothing. . . Self-driving tourists must contact the hotel in advance and report their license plate number before the village will let them in. In addition, the temperature in Mohe during the day was 32°C during those days. Even if the hotel did not have air conditioning, there was not even a fan. I was sweating all over my sleep and it was extremely hot. It gets cooler at midnight.

Hotel facilities look a bit old and health is so-so. Good location, just beside the road facing the North Star Square, parking is also very convenient. What impressed me most was the service attitude of the receptionist Ms. Li (dark tooling in the photo), who was very patient and enthusiastic. She explained the travel-related issues I raised very meticulously. She also gave me good suggestions from the perspective of the locals. After her reminder, I took my elderly parents to drive into the Arctic Village through a special passage, which not only made the elderly walk a lot less, but also saved a lot of time, greatly improving the comfort of travel. Located at the North Pole, right next to the river, you can stargaze from your room. It's a standard, old-fashioned hotel; it seems to have underfloor heating, the room was quite warm, and the bed was clean and comfortable.
