The service was excellent, the environment was very clean, and disposable toiletries were readily available. The service attitude was outstanding, and the owner thoughtfully provided us with flowers and bottled water. Communicating with young people was very relaxed and enjoyable. They also provided us with travel routes and free snacks, which was especially kind. Even the bottled water was a local specialty.

I absolutely love this guesthouse! It's clean, comfortable, and they thoughtfully provide disposable toiletries for guests. The decor makes it feel like you're staying in a cabin abroad. The breakfast is delicious too. There's even a little courtyard outside the guesthouse that's perfect for photos, you can even try the 'splashing water into ice' trick there. I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😊

Arctic Village does not allow private cars to enter the village at will during the peak season. This hotel is about 4 kilometers away from the village center. You can take the circle bus or sightseeing convertible. It is not convenient to go out. You need to wait for the circle bus. The hotel facilities are a bit old and there is no air conditioning. Although it was about 20 degrees in the mountains, I felt that the necessary facilities should be there. The room was relatively spacious, the bed was relatively comfortable, and the hygiene was good. However, I went too late and did not experience the hotel’s special massage and medicinal baths. The hotel is located on Mokou Old Street. The owner has developed a comprehensive mixed-use complex encompassing lodging, dining, entertainment, and tourism, complete with a Mohe County Yamen, a food street, and various bars. It's set for a grand opening soon. The overall planning and design are quite impressive; it's clear the owner has invested heavily and put in a great deal of effort. However, the attention to detail is severely lacking. For instance, the shower stall was leaking. While they advertise a laundry room, there was no detergent, and the room itself was tucked away in an obscure corner, piled high with the hotel's soiled linens – a stark contrast to the well-maintained laundry facilities at chain hotels like Atour or Hanting. The service staff appeared undertrained. At breakfast, the plates were wet, and there wasn't much appealing food available. I took two eggs, but a staff member immediately stopped me, stating only one egg per person. This kind of restriction is frankly unacceptable for a hotel priced at over 400 RMB. For lunch, I ordered the 'Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms' and found it to be predominantly chicken necks. To top it off, there were flies buzzing around in the dining area. I truly hope the owner dedicates more effort to improving service quality, beyond just the significant investment in hardware. I had originally planned to stay for several more days, but the poor service truly put me off. I ended up checking out after just one night.

Entry to the scenic area requires purchasing a ticket and then taking a shuttle bus. It was raining, giving the place a slightly melancholic feel, but it certainly didn't dampen the warm hospitality of the Mohe locals. In the evenings, there were song and dance performances in the public square, and cozy pubs where you could enjoy drinks and sing along. The hotel room itself was incredibly spacious, offering expansive views of the distinctive scenery nearby.

The stay exceeded my expectations! I was immediately warmed by the friendly reception from the front desk staff, who patiently explained nearby sightseeing routes and even offered to help with my luggage. The room was clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the soundproofing was better than I expected, allowing me to get a good night's sleep even after a late-night trip. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with authentic local snacks and home-style porridge. Even the toiletries were gentle on the skin, making it excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this place again next time and have already recommended it to my friends. It's definitely worth coming back many times!
